welcoming staff, perfect location, organised tours it’s located in the city centre, environment noise during night time could be a problem

The staff, Mas Reja was the dude! He was so humblen very helpful. Everything was clean, the location was spot on, and very close to almost everything. The warm shower didnt work, but it was fine tho.

Brindle and helpful staff which went above and beyond to acomodate for any requests and to answer questions. Located v close to a loud street. Also there is a caffee downstairs which is open until long and sometimes sounds from downstairs could be heard in the dorm untill midnight.

Great location and ideal that it is also the tourist information means they can help you with everything. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming at all times.

It was clean, the access was superb, close to many restaurants, close to Malang station. They didn’t prepare any liquid soap at the time but on the second day, one of their staff offered me some small soaps (which was nice) but i had already my own liquid soaps, so that was okay (because I’ve already read some reviews)

The staff was amazing, helped me with everything. They where so friendly and helpful. Gave me tips about what to see and where to go. They even drove me down to the train station when I was leaving. Would 100% recommend this place. Nothing

The place could have a deep cleaning, specially bathrooms.

the facilities were good and booking a tour through them was great. the owner and his family were really kind and helpful, and the location is excellent. I booked a scooter driver for the day through them and on the way back, he stopped us far from the hostel in the pouring rain and made some very uncomfortable sexual comments. I did not feel safe or comfortable, and even less so since he knew where I was sleeping and the rooms have no lock. if you're a solo female traveller please be careful. I don't blame the hostel owners and it's still a decent place.

I can't slate this place too much as it was a last minute booking and was all I cd get. I don't usually stay in dorms either and not big/mixed ones either so can't let that influence my review For me I would say everything was ok... Shower and toilets were fine Beds had curtains lamps and plug points which is what you need Cafe downstairs In a great area for food and rainbow village only 900m away Majority people who stay here are part of the Bromo tours and need to get up really early to start. Most people seemed to respect that when lights were off or dorm bed curtains closed - except 2 people who turned every light on and talked loudly for an hour on arrival. Yes, was only 7pm - but some consideration is key when in dorms Not the hostels fault I may add here - just other travellers

Great place with a lovely balcony. Tasty breakfast. Central location in Ubud Bathroom was not really clean

Great staff! Everyone is helpful, kind and so friendly, can highly recommend this place! Bromo sunrise tour was great too.
