The location is good. Near Universitas Negeri Malang. It's only Walking distance from the campus. There are some Coffee shop nearby. The staff are polite and helpful. It's located in a quiet area, so we can rest peacefully. The facility quite complete, and they have a big Pond of Koi. I think It's a bit overprice. They need to change the sheet and blanket, because It's already tear out.

The aquarium ? fish is amazing The terasse is nice too The staff is very kind and helpful they changed my towels as soon i complain about it and apologized, they helped me carrying my luggage ? thanks ? a lot 1-The bathroom you could renovate it too old there is a small opening you could make a window instead 2- Towels are too old you have to buy another ones new

Nice hotel, everything looks quite new and clean. The rooms has enough space, comfortable bed and the wifi is good. Shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

It is right at the center of the city, there are many food stalls nearby, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The room is not soundproof, so sometimes the sound from outside is still heard. It's quite disturbing at midnight.
