This place was incredible. Amazing views

Amazing nature, hiking trails. A lot of parking. Very peacefull location. You can feed goats and deer that roam on the property. 5min drive from Spa Francorchamps racetrack. Carpets are a bit old.

Location is great, breakfast was good and staff very nice. Views from the hotal are extreme relaxing! Room a bit outdated but functional and comfortable bed.

Exceptional

The location in the forest is very nice and the host was friendly. I think the rooms are in need of updating, very old decor.......carpet very old and worn....no airco. I didn't want to drive so walked into Malmedy one evening for dinner, then walked back... but it's too far, especially walking back up the steep road. I think most guests drive into town so if you don't mind doing that it's fine.

Ligging, charme

It's an old country farm situated in a quiet and beautiful location. Toilets are a bit old-fashioned (70's style) and are clean and practical. The beds are really comfortable. One day the owners will need to update the toilets.

Isolation

Very extensive breakfast buffet, with option for fresh made scrabble eggs. Rooms are ready for an update (e.g. bathroom renovation)

Lovely area scenery quirky , fresh breakfast, We're not told re honesty bar , only place to eat was next door which was expensive. Quite remote , noisy dog in room woke me up numerous times

The accommodation is in a quiet and beautiful place. The deer sleep next to the lodge. The staff is kind and willing. The accommodation was ideal for me, I started my tour from here and returned here. The breakfast is also plentiful. I am pleased

The beds were really comfortable and having chairs and a sofa to sit on was a bonus There was no wall fitting for the over bath shower, which would have made the shower easier to use. Hanging rails for the towels would have met their requirement to reuse bath towels instead of putting them through for laundering

Breakfast was excellent, best of all it was included in the rate. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular, it really set up the day. At first the location seemed very remote compared to our expectation, but once we worked out the route to where we needed to go each morning, the drive was quite easy. The hotel certainly had trappings of grandeur, almost a throwback to a past era. Unfortunately it had never been finished, in particular the exterior. There was no shower, only a bath. The rooms were a little tatty, needed some renovation. There was no lift, nor was there any bar or restaurant facility on site.

We had a great stay at the hotel were our dog was also welcome. Beautiful location, close to nice hiking trails. The lady who works at reception and breakfast every morning was friendly and on top of everything. We enjoyed our room as well as the beautiful view.

Breakfast excellent. View from dining area is magnificent. The owner/manager was very helpful and charming. Bathroom a little dark because of low lights and dark tiles

Slightly old fashioned but good quality hotel. Views from bedroom and restaurant were marvellous. Host was genuinely helpful. Location for us was wonderful - really peaceful in a stunning setting. The only downside was there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
