Friendly staff, good sized room, had a fan in it which was a result as weather was hot as hell! You can park for free in the street outside of daytime (I think after 6pm until 9am) which is great. Some places to eat nearby, convenience store, looks like there's a market on Wednesdays. I was rooting for the McLarens from Garage59 in the Crowdstrike Spa 24hrs, sadly they didn't win! I made a personal mistake of assuming that I would be able to get an Uber back from the circuit after midnight...... I ended up having to walk.....

Good location. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable on all the beds. The shower was blocked because of a very dirty drain full of previous guests hair. Confusing check in with no staff in sight to help, landed up calling to get instructions. Another elderly couple also arrived similar time and was confused with how to check in.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The room was nice and clean. The wifi was free but did not work that well. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

Staff is very friendly and prompt in serving. Nice restaurant downstairs and good (buffet) breakfast. Very dark curtains. Windows can be opened well for fresh air. Three things come to mind that could be relatively easily done to make the experience even better: A. Cleaner bathroom: Make sure that bath flows well (now dirt was comming up as the water didn't flow quickly) and make sure the bathroom floor is really clean (now there is a kind of plastic carpet, and the towel was black (!) when we dried some spilled water). And makes sure the room doesn't smell (20 min open window did the trick). B. Brighter lights in the corridors to the room, especially in front of the door (de key-hole was difficult to find). C. Make sure there are eggs for breakfast. Egg for breakfast is so common all over Europe (and even in non-western kitchens).

I stayed in a suite that was not in the main hotel. It had a lovely patio. It was private and very quiet. It was so cozy I had trouble leaving the room for the races at Spa that I had come for. I bring coffee with me when I travel because I can not start the day without it. The room should have a coffee maker so you don't have to go to the main hotel for a fix. The hostess fixed that for me right away so no complaints.

Central location and easy to find but they have no parking at all so you have to find on street parking which you have to pay for until 6pm - we left early so didn't affect us but be aware when charges starts. Plenty of restaurants nearby and great patisserie not far away in street behind, we had nice breakfast there rather than hotel but just as expensive Not manned reception but got lucky so didn't have to wait to get keys. Nowhere secure or out of sight for motorcycle parking so we chained them together - even harder to find a car space I'd think. Shower head is in a holder as you'd expect over the bath but there's no curtain so made a mess having a shower! Don't understand why they don't provide at least a shower curtain. Beds were lumpy and could feel the springs so didn't have the best nights sleep, could hear other guest above and glad to get going in the morning really.

Be aware you cannot check in until 18.00. My fault didn’t notice but I have never had to check in so late before. When I pay £105 a night I would like to get in the room a bit earlier!

Very accessible, nice hotel with accomodating staffs. The bed was too small for my partner since he's a big man.?

Maybe I'm not the best person to give constructive feedback because on a motorcycle holiday (this was) all I'm looking for is a bed for the night, frills not really necessary. This hotel had no frills but the triple room was comfy with basic amenities that were adequate for our needs. The lady who greeted us (after a wait outside a locked front door) was very friendly. The only slight negative is that this isn't the first hotel I've stayed at that doesn't have anyone on site when you arrive. There were no lights on so we wondered if the hotel was even open. After sending a message on the Booking app a lady arrived to give us access. Not ideal really.

Friendly staff and excellent location and nice breakfast We did not see the garden as shown on the photos. The room was much more sober than the photos suggested.

Breakfast was good and it sure made the mornings easier. The hotel staff were AMAZING!!! The hotel location is in the middle of Malmedy so the location was perfect. Malmedy is beautiful!!! The room was small but I was also told all the rooms in Europe are small. The floors were squeaky. We paid a lot for the room (maybe because it was during F1 race) so, that is the only reason the moderate rating.

    Superb

All went well, only too bad we couldn’t get eggs for breakfast. Limited breakfast; smelly and stuffy room.

We arrived on the national holiday so the town was closed to through traffic, which meant parking a few hundred meters away. The town was buzzing with live music and special events which was a great start to the holiday. The hotel was busy yet it served a special menu with local specialties nicely cooked and presented. Our room was a very large triple room with two distinct bed spaces which was a nice surprise as it was like having two rooms. The bed was large and comfortable with good facilities in the room. Due to the festival there was some noise at night although the music finished quite early. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price paid. The staff were all friendly with a reasonable command of English to help us where necessary. The town centre is very close by, offering a range of places to eat and shop. It's in a very attractive location and definitely worth another visit. A good value for money hotel which is well run. Air conditioning would have helped, as it was a very hot night and some noise disturbed us after the festival with the windows open.
