Breakfast was below average. Also the location isn't central to alot of good restaurants.

The staff was amazing. Everyone everywhere I went said hello and even knew my name. Made me feel very welcome. Also they couldn't have been more helpful. Food in the restaurant could have been better but the staff/servers were so good that I came back more than once for dinner even if the food could've used some work. They had a cream of asparagus soup the first night I was there that was out of this world good! But they never had it again. :(

The staff members were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food choices. The amenities provided were excellent, and the ocean views from the room were truly stunning. Overall, the experience was great, and the staff met and exceeded my expectations.

Major problem. The app started that there was beach access, beach activities and an outdoor pool. The beach access was absolutely false. There is no beach. There is a waterfront, which is nice, but it most certainly is not a beach. There is a night market along the warerfront which, again, is nice enough, but it isn't beach activities. As for the outdoor pool, it is misleading. It is on the third floor. While it does have access to the open air, it is covered by the roof of the floor above it. I brought this up with the staff my second night there. However, there was never any response from management. So, while the property was nice and recommended if you are there on business or other non-beach activities, the page on the app was very misleading and led to a less than optimal experience.

? The entrance is via the parking. The reception staff is hit and miss (check-in horrible check-out good). The restaurant seems to focus only on large (chinese) groups. Overall, the hotel lacks any kind of personality, and offers no personal attention.

Best Western The Lagoon has always treated me like a king. Any problems are immediately addressed. The breakfast buffet is wide and varied. It’s in an awesome location right on the water. There are little coffee vans right on the water in front to relax and watch the sunset. They have a great pool with an amazing view. And their gym has everything you could need to stay in shape. When in Manado, this is my go to hotel.

Property in the Beachfront, a quiet area because it is not directly on the main road with very good service in the room also in the restaurant, and throughout the hotel area. Spacious and clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. Very enjoyable sea view from the room and restaurant. - Permanent overhead shower. - Very loud music from the hotel’s neighbors.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff and management. reception team has been beyond our expectations. Wonderfully.team, housekeeping and all F&B team always ready to please you. Great breakfast buffet with a fresh selection of dishes. Will mention as well the efficiency and professionalism of the security guards. Location of the hotel with sea view over the Manado bay. N/A

I recently stayed at Best Western The Lagoon Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The food was great, with a variety of delicious options available. My room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool, were simply epic. This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Manado!
