Big room with good AC There was a cockroach in my room so not clean

The location was pretty good and near the city center. The room was very dirty and it smelled so bad of cigarettes. The toilet didn’t work and when we told the staff they said they couldn’t do anything and we need to use water and cup to flush. But the other thing was that the running water failed a few times.

Near to shops and amenities The noise from the roads especially at night and the sounds of motors and cars are quite disastrous. The hall way's are too dim. Scary

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The toilet was broken, the WiFi kept turning off/losing signal, the plug sockets were hanging out the walls, there were loud drunk sounding people throughout the night, and ants everywhere in our room. We asked for a late checkout, were told yes by one member of staff, then told by another we had to leave anyway.

Stayed here for a night on 3 occasions, rooms and venue were clean all the time. Great value for your money, close to kantor imigrasi and bus terminal, dont expect a nice view or luxury but the basics are covered. In one instance the water was gone for a couple of hours.

Nothing The room was very very dirty: dust, insects, stains in the bed. No hot water. In the first room the toilet flush didn't work. I asked to the receptionist for toilet paper and she told me that I had to pay.
