The rooms are very comfortable, modern, and a nice spot to recharge. The rooms are also quiet and you can sleep comfortably. It is a busy part of town but you don't notice it too much once inside.

Location and breakfast, ac and friendly staff The first room, and the most expensive one that I received was horrible. The curtains were all broken, the wifi was really bad, I gladly paid for a better room and early check in. So the first night I paid much more for a really bad room

The staff were always very polite and friendly and gave the place a good vibe. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooms have nice decor. Good value for money overall. The shower remains hot for only about 5 minutes. The AC is weak and never gets the room nicely chilled.

Smaller than advertised, noisy (poor sound isolation), fawlty shower heads, place could be cleaner. Underwhelming location (although there may not be 'nice' locations in Manado.

Good rooms, clean. Friendly staff. In an incredibly noisy location at night. Cars, motorbikes, music blaring. If you value your sleep I'd think twice.

We stayed just one night on the way to Siladen island, but it was still disappointing, even given the fair price. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is shabby comparing to the photos on Booking.com, the carpet in the corridor is visibly stained. The rooms are relatively small, with the most unpractical “design choices” that I have seen. The bathroom is shabby too (feel dirty, even if it might not be), hot water last only for a quick shower and the worst of all are the towels!! One threadbare greyish towel for body, hands and face, that was washed probably ten thousand times. It had the feel of an old dish towel. The breakfast was tasteless.

Nice and cute place, breakfast was ok, few choice of food ! Great staff and nice room. Burger was not really amazing ( bread was not good and the meat was not enough cook and it tasted weird). Few cockroach in the room (I found at least 7).

Accommodation has a good restaurant inside with good food quality. Employees from reception helped us to find passports we have forgotten. The hotel staff struggled significantly with communication, often creating confusion despite our repeated efforts to clarify. On several occasions, we felt compelled to give up. For instance, we requested a breakfast package for our trip to Tangkoko, but nothing was prepared. Similarly, I asked a staff member multiple times to check the safe and bring our passports, yet they called back saying they didn’t know where to look. While these issues might seem minor, they became increasingly frustrating. The accommodation itself was quite noisy due to its surroundings, which affected our overall experience. Additionally, the room had a persistent unpleasant smell, likely due to poor ventilation. Another inconvenience was the inability to turn off all the bathroom lights at night, which added to the discomfort.
