The only plus point is that this is on the mall road. The staff wasn't kind, always rushing with the customers, especially the front desk person, The room was ok but not so clean, overall high priced.

The location only Not many varieties in breakfast and u need to order for ur food ..take too much time to deliver..the cleaning people were very lazy to clean and they seem to be disturbed were asking them to clean

Closest to Mall road in the center of market. As there was no view from the window, there was another building right next to it only view you can get is from terrace.

Room is ok to use as temporary night stay but doesn’t give comfort for day. Location is prime gives access to heart of the town.

Only breathing space was a fourth floor terrace with some nice flower pots and a bar. This is an ordinary hotel right on the mall area full of noisy crowd and shops on a narrow alley without any parking or view of the mountains or rivers from the room. Concrete construction is all you can see from the bedroom windows. Room service offers only a few of the items listed in the menu that too at a price on the higher end. No greenery or garden. Room rentals seemed higher compared to other hotels at a quieter and scenic locale.

The hotel doesn't provide room heater for free..It should be considered as basic amenity in such freezing weather conditions of Manali.
