Location, Room and the outside view was best part. Went with family and booked 2 rooms, first day we ordered breakfast for both the rooms together and got the service on time. But, on 2nd day food for one room was ordered at 8:45 AM and for second room it was ordered at 10:00 AM. They didn't provided the food for one room till the time it was ordered for 2nd. My mom had to wait for 1:30 hours for the breakfast.

Views seem surreal after medium to heavy snowfall Prompt room service Fast wifi Perfect for long stays The location is a bit far; cabs charge 400-600 from old manali but then it is away from all the city noise.

As mentioned on the page there is only bread available in the breakfast along with tea and only 1 person can have 1 slice of bread as per the staff and rest will be chargeable. There is issue for hot water and the place is understaffed and unsatisfactory and it takes them almost 1 to 1.5 hours just to bring you water.

Location was great and in a quiet place with a lovely panoramic view of the mountains and river. Rooms were big and spacious. The staff crunch was a problem due to which service was slow.
