Pros: Location is surreal. The entire range of mountains is visible from the room. It's beautiful! (2) Food is also delicious, particularly Indian food. Cardamom & ginger Tea is exceptionally good during the cold season. (3) There is no shortage of hot water supply in the bathrooms. (4) Property allows pets. With ample space inside the gated area, it's a great place for dog-parents. (5) They have another adjacent property where drivers can be provided shelter for the night if needed. Cons: (1) property is miserably understaffed. It is not possible for any one or two people to meet the needs of the guests when all the rooms are booked. (2) There is no central heating. Even 1 tower-heater is not enough to ward off the cold in winter. Woods are not available for the fireplace if it rains. You have to pay separately for the heater. (3) People are allowed to play loud music on the premises till the wee hours of night, although it is stated otherwise. In Manali, most of the properties accept only UPI payments to personal numbers. No provision for credit card payments.

The building, the room, interior, beds, shower, garden and breakfast is a 10 Internet did not work, but issues were solved on Monday morning. Communication with staff and owner could be improved. More professionalism for checking and checkout would be an improvement. At least one English speaking caretaker is required if international guests are desired.

Great location, very close to Hadimba temple and nature trails. Friendly, attentive and courteous staff. Nice furnishings, spacious room, clean bathroom, good quality linen. Amazing courtyard with great views of the mountains on one side and the pretty properties located further up the hill on the other. Good food and nice variety on the menu with reasonable rates. The electricity kept going frequently due to high power demand in the region but the property manager was kind enough to run the generator for a few hours in the morning and evening to allow us to finish our routine and also recharge electronic appliances. Overall, it's great Value for your money An extra Charge of Rs 650 for providing a heater bang in the middle of the cold season. Not fair, proper room heating and ventilation should be the responsibility of the property managers and not a financial burden on the guests. That's about the only negative point. But to give them the benefit of doubt, I have heard most properties in Himachal charge extra money for room heaters during the winter season. I would generally recommend that all travellers coming to the mountains in the winter must carry their own room heaters (if you are doing a road trip, as you can't possibly squeeze in a heater inside checked baggage if you are taking a flight?).

Peace and quiet. Location is good for Hadimba temple visit. Its walkable to and from Mall road but a bit far in general. No reception facility. No tea coffee facility in room. Very poor support. Very small bathroom. Bathroom window curtain cheap and ill fitting, exposing most needed and basic privacy. Poorly kept dining area. Poor upkeep in general. Not worth the money. Much better options are available. Will not choose again.

Parveen is an amazing caretaker and caters to your every need. We had a comfortable staycation/workation with some delicious breakfast and meals from Parveen bhai. The property is beautiful, calm, has a great view of the mountains and accessible distance from Hadimba Temple, Old Manali and Mall Road.

Location was good! The staff and owner were really helpful! Loved the hospitality!! Room could have been more structured. Like it was feeling a bit cluttered. Too much furniture in a small Space. Washroom needs an exhaust fan big time and quick water geyser. Only 1 person can take bath, second have to wait for more than 30mins to get hot water.
