I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hotel Mountain Trail Manali. The property exceeded all expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and spacious, luxurious rooms boasting breathtaking views from every angle. Excellent View from the Balcony. Excellent family suit rooms. The payment total is still showing Rs 14850 in my booking while the Hotel owner forced me to pay extra Rs 1782 which they claimed for taxes and services which is nowhere showing in my required payment details.

My family decided to visit Manali this month and was pretty confused with selecting a hotel since there were so many negative reviews about various hotels. Later it was realized by us that Covid had taken a toll on hotel industry. Hence most of the hotels could not keep up their standard. At last we have found this hotel with a few words from its owner Mr Anil Sharma. It is hard to believe anything online these days. Nevertheless we were fortunate to trust whatever he had written about his hotel. We booked a family suite for 4 of us. Room was quite big with enough furniture . Staff as well as the food was good . Above all Sharmaji's hospitality needs to be really appreciated. We did not bother to book any taxi service for our needs in Manali. He himself arranged for us and the cab driver never looted us since Sharmaji was directly involved. Now another main point is that Sharmaji does not take any commission for this cab service. This I had verified myself and his main concern with the drivers is to give good service to his clients. Overall our stay with Mountain Trail was pretty good. The only time i had faced a little problem with my next door neighbor who happened to be bachelors who made noise after 10pm. But this was stopped by their staff when they realized it. Hence I recommend tourists to have a stay at this hotel. There is nothing I could say negative about my stay with Mountain Trail.

Staff wàs good ,food was good too They charged ir heavily for heater ,we got two rooms so for two rooms they charged us heavy price.In one room heater was not working also .but we paid who will fight in vacation.made a mistake not asked pre price for heaters

Food was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Hotel arranged ride for entire manali sight seeing and activities and the driver was good and genuine. The hotel location was too high up and Little far from main area.hence difficult to get an auto or for local walk .

1. Location of hotel is just wow. From balcony qe could see snowy mountains. 2. Very close to hadimba temple 3. Food prepared tasted great especially poha and sandwiches. They were renovating the hotel. Hope the neatness of utensils could be improved. 4. The owner Mr. Anil kumar sir was extremely helpful . He waited along with his workers at 11PM to recieve us. In last minute he arranged us for return flight tickets as well. Thank you very much sir. 5. Very very helpful staff members Utensils kept inside room and at the restaurant needs more cleaning.

If you don’t have a personal vehicle it’s hard to go out of your room. You cannot walk to city centre in cold.

Hospitality Not enough heating in the room. Room heater provided was not good enough to keep the room warm.
