Taxi arrangment for sightseeing at Hotel itself from picking to dropping at door step. Rooms location giving panoramic view of valley and mountain. Service of food on time and taste of food was delicious. All payments mode available. No noise of Mall road, but still at walking distance from hotel. Mine was Family tour with my two mature kids and my taking two connected room decision proved lovely ?. Specially my kids were overjoyed and enjoyed at Balcony giving such a Beautiful fascinating view. They both spend more time there when in hotel. Thanking whiole staff of Hotel - Mr. Dev, Mr. Hari, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Tekchand ( or tekram) and Mr. Abhijit for contributing to make this second time visit to Manali " A Lovely Capture of Life Long Memories for us and our Kids". Friendly staff, Good food, perfect hill view, travel assistance There was nothing as such as I liked everything.

1. Toilets extremely pathetic. Need maintenance 2. Limited option in menu. (no change in thali & sabzi) 3. Beds aren't comfortable. Matress is very slim. 4. No exhaust fan in washroom 5. Geysers are very risky even though it's auto-cut mechanism, it never functioned that way & burnt our hands many times
