Good morning/Evening sir, Last month 26/02/2025 to 01/03/2025 3 days Our team stayed in Hotel Hilltop at mall Road Manali, Unfortunately hevy rain and hevy snow fall at that time, it s nature okay, but till 3 days no power, no emergency light, no inverter all mobiles are shut down, no water this is wright? At that time temprature - 8 celsius, think how to stay the property. But one thing snow came to our door step with out enjoy, Thanks.

The view from hotel is too beautiful The room was decent and clean. However, the kitchen staff's behavior was extremely rude. They lacked manners in their work.
