Nothing This hotel had listed itself as “Pay at the Property,” but immediately after I made the booking, they shared their bank account details and asked for a 40% advance payment, threatening to cancel my stay otherwise. When I reached the property, I was informed that my room had been given to someone else because I did not make the advance payment. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. If the hotel requires advance payment, they should not advertise themselves as “Pay at the Property.” I request Booking.com to take strict action against this property and review their listing, as this creates a very poor and unreliable experience for customers.

stayed at this 2-star hotel in Manali, and for the price, it was definitely worth the money. The staff were supportive, especially a brother named Vipin, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was okay, though it would be even better if there were a wider variety of options. Overall, a good and value-for-money stay. The hotel charges an extra 400 INR per day for a room heater, but even after paying for it, the heater didn’t provide enough warmth for the room. Also, since the hot water is controlled through a central system, we couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves. Hot water is only available after 7 AM, and even then, it didn’t work properly on some days during our stay.

The staff was polite. The hotel is quite okay. Food was average. Our stay was not convenient. Not even the basic necessities were met. There’s not enough staff. They didn’t provide towels in the room, we had to ask for it separately and got it after waiting for more than 2 hours. Hot water was a major issue. There was no geyser/hot water throughout the day except for maybe an hour in the morning. Had to call them repeatedly for the water issue and get it fixed. However, it still stopped working after few mins. Overall, our stay was okay. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tripli hotel was great! staff were really helpful and very attentive and knowledgeable, room was beautiful and clean, beds were super comfy and the location was perfect and easy to find!

The location of the hotel was great, and I booked a family suite, so it had plenty of space. The room was neat and clean, and everything was in order. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. On the other hand, I did enjoy a tasty and reasonably priced meal that I ordered. "I would like to stay in this hotel whenever I visit Manali." Breakfast.

Location only we were 3 persons and booked a Suite room for 2 nights. Cost was around 10000 Rupee without breakfast. They gave us room no 106 and it was just like a queen room for 2 person and then they gave extra bed. After setting the extra bed there were no space in the room. Beds were not clean. There were no view and balcony. Really disappointing. Most of the time there was no electricity. As a result, there was no Wi-Fi as well. In the room there was no AC, and, in the TV, there was no channels, only YouTube.
