Indoor pool wasn’t heated. Pool didn’t have towels and it was closed early. I asked 3x for a late check out. I was only granted 1300, website said 1500. And the maid still came at 1000.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that one of us was going to sleep on the couch in the living room area of the suite so that no one had to share a bed, however it was hot in there. The air conditioning did not reach from the bedroom area to the living room area.

We loved the room and friendliness of the staff. We will stay there again when we come back to visit The pool needs a heater. Water ice cold

Check-in was super quick and efficient. The staff was really friendly. Room was clean, ac was cold, my kid liked the pool, and the free breakfast was pretty decent. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is weak, but that’s the case at 99% of hotels anyway. What can ya do. Overall, this was not my first and won’t be my last time staying at Holiday Inn Express.
