Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Washington DC - Manassas

The room had a bad odor to it like pot in a non smoking room. The faucet in the shower leaked as well. People talking in front of our room at all hours of the night. The positive pet friendly great location rooms seemed to be renovated. Nice people in front desk.

Room was dirty, tv and remote didn’t work, and the property smelled like urine. Front desk staff were very nice!

Rooms are very clean. Just wish we had a better microwave, a bit loud. Beds are super comfy.

The front desk person was polite and responsive. The mantance team responded quickly to activate the TV volume setting, but they had to take the TV off the wall, then all of the dust and dirt fell onto the counter. I had to clean the counter, again. The towels were stiff but appeared to be clean. The stairwells reaked with the smell of cigarettes. The elevator area was worse. I cleaned stains from the night stand, I don't know what Housekeeping does aside from making the bed. I could list other concerns but they were small. I do not recommend this Inn.

The front desk staff tried to charge me for the room and second time even though I paid in advance The building was run down, the air conditioner didnt work properly

Stayed for just one night, was clean and sanitary, no issues with anything and was a good place for stop over.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well kept, very quiet and there was an elevator!

Clean and easy to get around

We picked Red Roof Inn Plus due to it’s location and proximity to the concert venue nearby and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. The beds were comfortable and the value was great.

Noticed bed bugs when leaving throw all my stuff away

*Modern rooms and bathroom *Close parking *Near amenities *Nice staff Cons: *The property was disgusting *The room stunk of cigarette smoke *The rooms could have been a bit cleaner *The fridge and microwave were gross *The bathroom soap dispenser was also the shampoo (very odd and looked like windshield washer fluid) *Looked like they rented rooms to local homeless and vageants *woke up at 6am to a bunch of them talking loudly amongst each other while they sat in lawn chairs outside the door smoking cigarettes. Moral of the story, pay a little more and find some finer lodging than this dive unless you dont mind the ghettos.
