Value for the price, easy access to restaurants

Property was easy to find and access. Staff was very , very nice Room seemed ok clean, but not spotless. My room was indeed of updating. Fridge rusted on out on outside. Recliner upholstery ripped. Bathroom wall splitting by shower. Nice stay, nice people, but ready for a renovation. Was there to see a Riley Green Voncert

The staff was polite, so I wish I could say good things about my stay. The lobby reeked of mothballs, which made you wonder about the underlying cause. The desk help said it had been like that for a while. The room AC was loud, which didn’t matter because the smell emanating from it was so bad I turned it off. So I didn’t sleep well because it was a humid night with no air. It looked like they tried to do well, but this hotel needs serious guidance.

Shower curtain was missing and left it at the door the next day without a repairer. Roaches were there. Never cleaned during my 3 days stayed.

Safe location. Front desk staff was nice.

Smell Holes in linens Barely anything for breakfast Had to ask for more coffee at 7:50 AM I suggested to invest some monies back into this facility. It is beyond anything close to being acceptable.

Breakfast bar was not good. Furniture in room was older and had numerous chips on the surfaces.

Most of the room was clean, except some of the floor was dirty when you entered. Alarm clock had the wrong time which I fixed but fram was misising. My only other complaints were hair dryer was broken and breakfast didn't have much but most folks leave early.

Our non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke so we went back to the front desk to request a better smelling room. We were warned that probably all the rooms smell the same. But he was "nice" enough to offer us what people say is the best room on the property. It does smell better, but was a little hot and stuffy so we cranked the AC down, showered and got to bed. But it never cooled off! The AC ran all night, but didn't do a darn thing to cool the room at all. I ended up trying to sleep with a wet towel sponge off during the hot night. Based on the price of $160/ night I had slightly higher expectations. I would drive a lot farther and be willing to pay a lot more to avoid staying here again ever.

First room that was given to me was not touched in a while. I spoke with the front desk on the cleanliness of the room. He came down and investigated it and promptly moved me to another room. No continental break fast left. I went for coffee and food the next morning around 8 am after I was told the day before that breakfast was served from 6-9. Parking lot look as if a tornado went through. Don’t get me wrong there was a storm that did roll through however, staff should have been on it the next morning.

There was no coffee in the morning breakfast. The breakfast consisted of waffles and apples. Could not find apples. Was very disappointed. Had to go out and buy coffee and breakfast some where else. The bathrooms needed remodeling. Look old.

Check in was quick and simple. The room was a good size and the bed comfy.
