Çenger Beach Resort Spa - All Inclusive

The building itself looks good, has 2 swimming pools, hammam, a couple of shops, the nature around, there was plenty of food available at all times The staff entered the room even though we left the sign "do not disturb ", they did not clean much, no farmacy on the territory, out of the way location. To go anywhere costs a fortune. The hotel could use regular transfers to the nearest cities.

The room was nice and clean and spacious. Our balcony faced the entertainment area of the neighbour hotel. They played very loud music until 11pm. However, we could see their entertainment from our balcony, and it was better than what Cenger provided. The food in the buffet was the same every day. Often, the meat was raw because the staff had to hurry to serve so many people. It was sometimes diffucult to find a free table. The queue for drinks was often too long. Much of this would be helped if the evening buffet was from 18-21 (and not 19-21). The staff started removing the food from the breakfast buffet, 30 min. before the breakfast was over. The hotel is quite isolated (apart from other huge hotels). There are no restaurants nearby, leaving you with no food-options apart from the hotel food. There is a small "grocery store/bazar/market" around 500 meters up the road (on the main road). The pool-area was nice and clean. The music around the pool was very loud most of the time. Most of the guests are families, so there is no need for such loud "party" music. The beach is ok with clear ocean. The sunbeds are included in all-inclusive. It is mostly small stones (hurts your feet), and it becomes deep only 2 meters from shore. There is a nice wooden bathing bridge with stairs to the sea (around 3 meter deep sea). The beach is good for adults. Not so nice for younger children. The staff is mostly friendly (even though almost nobody speaks english). Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. The reception staff speaks english. Most of them are friendly, however, one receptionist is quite hostile. All in all, our stay was good. The price is very reasonable.

Everything - fantastic place to spend the holiday (welcoming staff, classy dinners, very entertaining and being close to the beach, this comes as a bonus when you want a change from the pool, family friendly as well as a fun place for teenagers). It’s all included indeed, without the smallest exaggeration. I think even the most critical person, it would find very difficult to find something do no like.
