The pool was closed.

Everything was fine except the hotel charged for parking which I found slightly annoying.

The rooms were decent. Reasonably comfortable mattress, functional bathroom, a kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave. I was underwhelmed by the West Elm couch/trundle. I only needed it as a couch but it was hard as a rock and the back was so low it was difficult to sit comfortably. All in all this is a fine hotel to stay at for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend any longer, and plan to source your own breakfast.

The rooms and the hotel however were not clean, bugs in the bed, toilets backed up. Over all carpets had crumbs and smelled. Would not stay again.

They informed us in the morning that there was no staff for the breakfast therefore it would not be offered today.

As a result, not all rooms were scheduled to be cleaned and restocked. Situation would have been less frustrating if this had been communicated to patrons. We stayed out of the room, but on the property, for 5 hours, just so housekeeping could do their job uninterrupted. Finally spoke with a member of the housekeeping staff at 3 pm who said our room was not on the list to be cleaned for that day. If we would have known this, we would have stayed more comfortable in our room. Being short staffed is understandable; lack of communication to patrons is not.

Check in staff were really friendly. Room was a nice size.

Common areas very dirty, breakfast buffet out of nearly everything, coffee station out of almost everything, pool out of service, and staff not very helpful. Great rate, but I still feel like I paid too much.

Breakfast could do with more variety/choices. The breakfast area not large enough to accommodate people and gets very busy particularly between 0800-0900. Also, housekeeping do not clean the room daily. There is ample parking onsite.

THIS IS VERY WRONG. ALSO, I HAD NOT HOT WATER. STAFF SPENT MOR TIME OUTSIDE THEN STAYING AT DESK TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS.

Surprised by the daily parking fee, firat time I have seen this with any hotel stay. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

Simple check-in process at front desk with friendly and helpful staff. Airport shuttle was very quick & convenient. Breakfast was fine w/eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, etc. coffee & tea available all day. There's a small convenience area to buy snacks and drinks.

Pool water was a good temperature, but water was dirty. Breakfast...know that Monday - Friday there is no waffle maker. Multiple times had to ask for food because they were out. Everytime we asked for bagels, fruit etc they said sorry we are completely out and waiting on our truck. So definitely a supply order issue. Odd that they charge 7.00 per day for parking. Alot of random boxes and cleaning items sitting in the hallway. Overall it was comfortable but not up to the standards that I find at other marriott owned places.

I was concerned about plane noise being so close to the airport but the hotel is so well insulated that we never heard any planes ❤️❤️. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel !! The only downside is they charge for parking even if you stay here !!

The breakfast every morning was awful there was never enough food no matter how early we went and no one around to replenish many customers complained …back yard had chairs but it was neglected and dirty disappointing

Constantly ran out of breakfast food and beverages during open hours Hotel manager was terrible - employees not well supervised - only ONE front desk person, Mary, was reliable or courteous

All good 😊. Staff helpful. Breakfast could be better.
