Good location great distance for food

The price was right. If you are looking for a place to sleep, the price is good. Breakfast was very limited, and even though it is a no smoking property, it has a very pungent marijuana smell.

They moved my luggage without prior intimation though i have one more day of booking.

They assign the rooms to new check ins even if the room is already assigned to someone.

The interior of the hotel was being remoeled and paint fumes were detectable.

Hotel is under renovation. Bathroom was remodeled and clean and initial flooring in entrance to room was good. The carpet was the dirtiest/stained I have ever seen. Blanket on our bed had holes in it. Sheets and towels were clean.

The staff are always friendly The place looks like a bomb went of all the time.

Holes in Comforter. Trash in elevator. Sketchy people hanging around outside, Overall feeling the place was run down.

Clean room but the hotel itself is being renovated. The front desk people aren’t the friendliest but I’ve certainly dealt with worse at other hotels. Overall a 3 out of 5 stars

Tracy was very helpful and friendly They were remodeling, paint was every where the was paint on the floor on the rug. I definitely will not go back to that hotel The breakfast buffet was only cold cereal bread and coffee I am telling all my friends and family not to go there

The front desk worker, a younger African American woman sat there and fought through the glass with a family who had just lost their home due to a fire, with 3 young children, when they were unaware there was a deposit since they booked it through expedia and they do not tell you about any deposit. She was extremely ignorant and disrespectful. The room was not what i would call clean. The lamps and tables were all sticky, dust everywhere, the carpets were disgusting and the bathroom counter tops and toilet certainly were not cleaned. The shower was growing mold on the seams and was discolored. The TV is as large as a desktop screen, and there is a large gap in between the door and the hallway so you can hear everything. The AC is extremely noisy and hardly works. The first floor is being worked on so there are workers and tools everywhere, drywall and dust, the entire floor and the stairways are a mess, there are needles behind the building and the shelf in the lobby looks like it hasn't been dusted since 1995. This was an emergency situation and all that was available at the time. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice staff and the room Nothing wrong

Rooms were clean, air conditioners worked very well. Front desk was very unhelpful. Vending machines took cash but front desk didn't have change.
