Hotel Landgasthof Euringer

There was much to like about the Landgasthof Euringer. One of our hosts, while heading out in his car, saw us coming to the front door, and immediately parked his car to come over, greet us, and offer assistance. The attention we received was personal and gracious. I loved the classic, sturdy built property, which had both the traditional German charm and modern ammenities making for a pleasant stay. We even had a nice walk-out balcony (not advertised) we used. Their onsite restaurant was very good, and clearly quite popular with the locals. There was plenty of parking both in a central courtyard and on the street, and the staff was gracious in letting us basically park almost anywhere. Of note, the courtyard (at least, I didn't look on the road) started to fill up around the dinner hour, as the onsite restaurant seems quite popular with the locals. Our hosts were very kind and generous, and I wish I could have conversed with them more easily, but my German is not good, and their dialect was hard for me to follow. Interactions might be easier for travelers more fluent in German. The location is also very convenient to Munich International Airport. Far enough away to avoid that busy area and stay in a quiet, pleasant little village, but close enough to be a quick and easy commute. I think this was a fluke of timing, but there was some type of event onsite the night of our stay that included choral singing and moving furniture. So even though the property is solid and well-built, there was some audible noise while trying to sleep the night of our stay.

Excellent one night stop over

I arrived after hours and the hotel provided easy to follow instructions for key access. The hotel was very quiet, my room and bathroom were clean, and the single bed was comfortable. It was very warm during my stay so the fan in my room was a welcome perk ! Breakfast room was clean, bright, and spacious, plenty of room to navigate around the offerings and quality was very good. Breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful. I picked up a flyer for the Roman and Celtic Museum that is 5 minutes from Hotel Euringer and decided to go there before my planned trip to Audi. The Roman & Celtic Museum is a hidden gem ! The artifacts on display are Wonderful ! What a pleasant surprise, and so close !! Parking was a little confusing, but ok.

Very nice hotel in the neighbourhood of Ingolstadt. Excellent beds and a good breakfast. We had dinner in another Landgasthof Haas, nearby. Lovely. Enjoyed the Mediterranean lamb!

Friendly, helpful hosts who contacted us in advance to make sure we were all set for an easy self check-in late at night and then helped us next morning, over a wonderful home-made breakfast, with local information re: where to buy a new suitcase.

Everything was very good except that outside temperature. It was very hot and no a/c, but that is not the hotels fault. it created noise problems as we had to have a window open and the beer garden was below. I think that ice should be more available
