The property is located in the picturesque province of Tuscany with a short walk to the thermal springs. The grounds are lovely and the service was excellent. Nice breakfast with lots of choices and endless cappuccini. The main attraction here is the thermal baths and they are worth the drive - just bring beach boots because the small rocks in the springs are difficult to walk on. Knowing that their guests are visiting the thermal springs, management was very good about setting out drying racks in front of our unit for our wet towels and suits. We only had one problem...otherwise it was lovely. When we booked, we were given the impression by Booking that a pool was available. Central Italy was experiencing a heat wave at the time (late May, 2026) and upon our arrival we were told the pool was not open yet. If there had been a caveat in the ad explaining seasonal pool use, our expectations would not have been dashed. We were a little perturbed about this, but quickly got over it while we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Booking should consider adding seasonal amenity information to their ads.

Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were flat and hard. Shower was only hand held and the shower door wouldn’t close so all the way. Freezer was so iced over you couldn’t use it. Breakfast apricots had worm holes, basil leaves with bug holes. WiFi was horrible and constantly disconnect every couple of minutes. The walk to the hot springs was nice until you get closer and have to walk the path along piles of toilet paper and human feces.

Very friendly staff, he recommended us many good tips regarding the saturnia/coastal area. Quiet farm, beautiful nature, we spent a very peaceful time there with my baby.

Second time here. Breakfast is fantastic, termi di molino is 5 minutes walking distance. Saturnia and Montemerano are 7/9 minutes driving distance, with great restaurants.

The access to the natural pools of Saturnia is a big plus.

Access to the Saturnia waters, robes were greatly needed but should be included not extra charge Rooms are large, views were lovely, secure gated parking. lovely breakfast, staff/owners very friendly Paying for robes and towels for Saturnia should be included in room charge. Not having coffee available in room Would have been amazing if there were evening activites out on the lovely lawn for sunset drinks, a firepit type atmosphere would have made it over the top. wine and a fire after a day at the waters would be over the top memories Nothing gratuity in the room, everything had a price with it. For the nightly rate some things should be included

Everything Very difficult to get to and from. Was an expensive lesson. Sundays there are no transport which was the day I checked out.

This was an adorable little room. Owners were very kind and easy to talk to. And only a short walk away from a natural hot spring!

Fabulous location for forays into the thermals. Took only a few minutes to walk there. Everything else was on point. Super breakfast as well. Nothing.

We booked last minute on our return drive to Rome and couldn't have been happier. The faciliites are beautiful and they have their private trail to the thermal springs. Wonderful breakfast in the morning!

Booked for only one night since we had a wedding nearby during a road trip. Would have loved to stay longer, beautiful location, nice rooms, very helpful staff and great breakfast, easy acccess to the cascate. Nothing

The short private hiking trail that takes you to the hot spring is beautiful. You can wait for the crowds to leave and then visit the site on the late afternoon or early morning.
