The thermal baths are well maintained but some of the other facilities need tlc The steam room wasn’t working - the staff at the pool were not friendly or welcoming The staff at the pool were not attentive or welcoming - the food at the 1919 restaurant was served lukewarm and was average at best

The property is lovely and the hits springs and pool are amazing. Very relaxing! We loved it. I had a glorious massage! The food isn’t as good as it should be for the place and the price. They try to make it fancy, but don’t have that level of skill. I’d stick to the basic Italian dishes if I went back again. The property and room were great. No complaints.

The food was good , in the SPA i late with 5 minutes the appointment and the therapist shortened the massage time by 5 minutes, instead of continuing with a 5 minute massage.. that’s not acceptable. Anyway the resort is nice the thermal water is good . The rats that I saw and the SPA staff that they make the problem for 5 minutes late

Waters Very Pretentious staff...they should remember that ALL guests pay their salaries.

On the 2nd eve the pizzeria was full and understaffed

Beautiful grounds and facility. The smell of the thermal springs- very strong in our room and we had to ask for a room not facing the pool.

Excellent breakfast and dinner included Super attentive staff Full breakfast with a huge juice station , where you add whatever you wish & they make juice fresh .

We enjoyed the hot springs! The Parking Valet Attendant damaged our rental car and we were not aware of it. He drove the car to the front of the hotel and he did not say anything about the damage. My husband noticed it after we stopped at a gas station a few kilometres away. We are very disappointed that this hotel/resort would have hired a dishonest person. I have reported to the hotel/resort and they have assured me that they will be conducting an internal investigation.

Hot Springs pools Well check in was at 3… we arrived early at 1:30 we checked in and was told to enjoy lunch or a drink in pool restaurant and rooms would be ready at 3pm…we had a nice lunch and a few drinks we returned to check in desk to find our room was delayed at least 30- 45 mins so we waited at 3:40 room was ready…staff took us to our room only to find out robes needed to be delivered to room… we waited and at 4:30 we just changed and headed to thermal pool w/o robes we had reservations for 1919 restaurant at 7:30 when we arrived no one was at any tables so we asked if we could get a table by window…as it was our 41st anniversary and we were told no they had a table on 3rd row from pool…when we left after our meal there were still 3 tables empty by the pool! Was very disappointed by whole stay! Parking staff and bell staff were great! But not sure if we’d stay here again!

The natural thermal water pool was awesome.

This is a return visit for us to this hotel. We love the hot springs here that feed its outdoor pool! The service is impeccable. We arrived late; we drove for more than 5 hours to get here. This is definitely a DESTINATION ONLY location! We only had about an hour in the pool because it closed at 7:45pm. The pool is open late on Friday evenings...we wish that the hours could be extended on other evenings as well. It still wasn't dark at 7:45 pm. The breakfast buffet was good, but not as diverse as we had in Rome. The only other "hiccup" we had was that we decided to book a massage for my husband after he received on his phone a "promo" price for a massage. When he got to his appointment, he was told that the promo didn't apply because it was for a specific type of massage (?) that he wasn't booked for. When you spend the kind of money for a room at such a premier resort, you don't expect this kind of "bait and switch" especially since it was only for an additional $40!

Calm and elegant but yet relaxed atmosphere. Staff super friendly. We were happy.

very amazing swimming facilities good sunburned options other options also very comfortable. on the day of departure, what we really appreciated was we were able to stay in the bath as long as we want it and baggage was deposited naturally. Staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, staff expected lots of tip for a little to no to bad service. We waited 15 minutes for two espressos and we're treated disrespectfully when requesting gluten-free options the server ignored us at first. food on site is very expensive sometimes we felt not really taken seriously, possibly due to our compared to other guests young age of mid 20s.

The major draw of the hotel is of course the warm thermal pool with its healing qualities. We spent the day poolside occasionally in the pool. It was not recommended to linger in the pool, rather re-enter after a spell outside. The room was a bit functional, but satisfactory. Breakfast was generous and we were half board during our stay. The location of the hotel is distant from the next village but self contained. We had an enjoyable time, a bit different from our stays at other hotels on our trip. A cool pool nearby would have been nice.
