I like its location in relation to the places that I had to visit during my overnight stay. I got a standard room, and I specifically requested, through a message, that I would like to have a room with a window. But lo and behold, the room that I got (Rm 329) has a window all right but, was facing a dirty wall. It was so close to my room's window, that I can even reach and touch it. They must understand that hotel rooms are required to have a window, especially if their hotel star rating is high. Having to say that you have windows, do mean that there is a view outside of a wider expanse and not just use the term "we have windows in all our rooms" as a technical declaration.

the amount i paid for the blood stain on the bed is i think too much because as a mother i know how to remove bloodstains and it will not cost me 1k. anyways, the staff were ok so let it be na. the food served for breakfast could have options like not buffet because like us we don’t eat that much and if we pay for it it’s a waste of our money. they should have an option order basis.

Location Broken soap dispenser. Old shower holder. Old towels. Noise from other room can be heard. No fridge. No coffee or tea packet.

The breakfast were good. Staff are very polite and helpful The towels were not washed and dried well. It had smell. There were no complimentary drinking water not a kettle for hot water. The water dispenser in the floor lobby is broken. No complimentary of coffee, sugar nor creamer.

The hotel itself was good, I got a message over booking from the hotel to verify me credit card! It was a scam! Can’t believe they were messaging over the hotel page on the booking app!
