The resort is really a bit of a fun place for families with children. But that was fine for the one night that I stayed here. The room was large and everything worked well. The A/C unit was rather old and had no temperature control, so, it was slightly tricked to get the room temp right, but no big deal. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy, the south wing where I stayed rather quiet so I had a restful night before heading out to the airport in the morning. Not much to say here since my stay was so brief.

I booked this hotel because they have this kids pool slides but what I didnt expect is there’s a lot of people also celebrating their Christmas party that time so it was very crowded. The property is too crowded and noisy.

We have a comfortable stay the room is spacious we enjoy our stay the front desk personnel are very accommodating and they let us check in a little early. staff keep following and harassing my family because they think they will let somebody else stay in the room. They literally stand there and keeping an eye on us. also calling the phone asking if we have other person staying in the room. Very annoying. I don’t think I will stay here again. Very uncomfortable that the staff is following and harassing you. Teach your staff how to do a good customer service.

The exclusive pool was worth it. The receptionist was noticeably rude and sarcastic. As the first point of contact for guests, the hotel would benefit greatly from a more welcoming and accommodating front desk staff.

I really liked all the pool areas and the hospitality of the staff. Only Filipino style breakfast was served on plates. I would have liked more options.

There nothing to like The property is outdated, dirty hallway and the pool OMG so gross, and its very noisy at night time because its next to a bar, having hard time sleeping, and the internet is so slow

The pool was okay. Our daughter enjoyed it. But Do not stay at this Hotel. The SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Our bed sheet and towel has blood stains, the aircon was not cold enough, asked the front desk for room transfer around 11pm and they offered room transfer around 1:30AM what a horrible service from this hotel. The hotel staffs needs more training they don’t know how to handle guests well.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant below had great food at a reasonable price. The outdoor swimming pool area was huge and featured beautiful colored lighting at night. I thought this hotel had been understated, and it exceeded my expectations. N/A

Staff were friendly, room was good. Location ok. Food in restaurant good. One thing ordered was amazing. Beef philipino dish with veges in a nice sauce. ? Except same breakfast. Same hotel in Coron had better facilities. Massage, aranging tours, hotel transfer, organising tuk tuks. Better pool and stuff. Better feel to it etc. Same breakfast apart from changing meat. Got bit boring.
