The room Owners behaviour We arrived early morning 3 hrs before check in i.e. 8 in the morning and the check in time was 11am. Although we contacted and requested dor early checkin and was said will be accommodated based on availability. fair. Once we reached the rooms were available but they asked for half day extra charge. I offered to pay 300 extra as the room was boooked for 1200, i.e., i offered 25percent. But the owner refused and made us wait on reception until 9.30 am and then offered us the room. I requested him multiple times but he rudely disagreed. On top the room was very bad and conjusted. The TV did not work as well after requesting they recharged after 1 hr. The toilet jet was not functioning well.

The washroom is not clean, no hot water and the shower is not working properly. AC was also not working well.

This was my 4th or 5th time stay here.. inspite of 5 minutes walk away from Main Street MG Raod, this property is in a quiet neighbourhood and no hustle bustle with no noise pollution.. I guess that’s what brings me here again and again They only have breakfast facilities and for lunch and dinner, we need to go around searching for food.. they should atleast have some helping hand(s) to get to go service (parcel) to the room

I stayed here earlier also.. as it was decent, clean and comfortable plus within budget hotel, I went back again.. Sure would stay here again, if I happen to visit Vijayawada... 2 coffee and 1 tea served in the room cost sounded a little high.. they said even for a refill/2nd cup (of coffee) during breakfast, I need to pay.. Management should reconsider this high pricing..
