The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was exceptional! Very cozy and really felt like home to have a living room, a separate bedroom and a kitchinette which was fully equiped. The sea view is great, everything was exceptional, better than expected. -

The position is imbatable with a very nice view if you choose the sea view room with a balcony. The hotel has a sauna that I have used every day. Very clean and nice. Everybody who works there is extremely nice and trying to accomodate your needs. Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. Depend on how lucky you are with the other guests. Sometimes, can be noisy if they stay late at the table in front of the hotel and the kids scream in the play area.

Pillows are too small and only two of them. The bed was a bit hard for me, with a bad back. The open end shower bugs me as the water sprays out on the floor. But with that all said we would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel room there was a small problem, but the lady at the reception was prompt and quickly changed our room. I understand that some problems can arise, but I think it is much more important how the staff solves these problems.

Sea view. Very friendly receptionist. Quiet, but this could be due to out of season stay. Good bed. Very close parking lot. Not much else to like. Redish hot water at the tap, rust in it, this is a very bad one... Very small tv set. Bad glasses. Two glasses, two models... Bad cofee at the downstairs bar.

Excellent view & location near the beach, clean room, very nice garden in the front. Nice staff We enjoyed the sea view from the balcony and taking our coffee in the garden The policy of imposing the permanent wearing of a plastic bracelet (from the moment of your arrival) if you want to benefit from hotel supplied breakfast. This is very uncomfortable and makes you feel unwelcome - we refused it and took our breakfast at some other venue nearby The water tank of the toilet was not working properly (a number of times the button became stuck on the "on" position), and there was a bad smell in the otherwise clean bathroom (probably from the sewer system) The hotel is generally well kept, but there are some things that need to be fixed, like the cracked floor tiles on the front entrance stairs and on the front garden alley

view shower head gave few water, very hard to combine cold with warm the fridge was very very noisy, woke up from sleep , I had to take it off the plug At the sea, the towels was not changed every day, it was specify all over the walls how much they cost in case of damaging - very nasty

Reception staffed 24 hours. I was able to check in at 8 pm. Bed was very comfortable, room temperature adjustable and pleasant, shower pressure fantastic and very clean bathroom. Extra pillows should be available. I was lucky travelling alone so could use the 2nd pillow. The only one pillows would not have been comfortable. A mini kettle should be provided. Very dissapointed to realise I cannot have a warm drink on the room. I have struggled with sockets, just not enough and in unsuitable places. An extended stay when working is required ie laptop and other devises are essential, would have had a different rating.
