We are just disappointed because their outdoor swimming pool wasn’t ready in use & under construction.We chose this hotel because my children like to swim. It was not mentioned in their system. Instead, they offered their small jacuzzi.

The place is old but the staffs still made it a better place to stay. The smell of the room. An air freshener will work considering the building is old.

The room was decent, not as advertised, but decent. The staff (except management) was the best part of the stay. We explained when we arrived that we may need to check out early, as we were apartment hunting. When we found an apartment with 61 days left of our 90 day stay, management THEN informed us that they do not refund...they re-book. That was NOWHERE in the listing until the morning after they informed us of this policy. Supposedly, we have 61 days we can use at ANY time with NO expiration. Not that that does us any good...

The hotel is close to many shops, street vendors and restaurants. This hotel has its own restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub, terrace overlooking the streets and the Skyway. The staff are professional and attentive. It’s walking distance to my family’s place. It’s very close to Skyway but we didn’t hear the traffic outside inside our room. No refrigerator and microwave in the room. Perhaps you can request one but we didn’t do it.

A good sized room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. Getting a little worn but it was no issue to me. There is a pool and spa upstairs alone with a bar and restaurant. There is also filtered water on some (maybe all) levels. There are cakes or doughnuts as you enter. There is a 7/11 right next door. The staff were so helpful and accommodating.

This hotel is very unique with its theme that can be seen throughout the facility. We happened to stay in the Beatles themed king suite. There is so much fun and interesting decorations all through this hotel, I found myself taking pictures of so much! The room itself has a very comfy bed and nice bathtub. The air con is nice and cold also. We paid for a king suite which is situated on the 7th floor. Unfortunately, our floor was right under the roof deck resto bar which is insanely noisy until the very late hours of the night and into early hours of the morning. Very frustrating to pay for the most expensive room in the hotel but it’s so noisy! Also, our room stated on the booking app that we would have free breakfast however when we went to check out we were informed that we must pay for our breakfast. Be warned that if you get a suite, the tv area is separated from the bedroom area- and the air con does not reach into the living room area so it remains quite hot and uncomfortable. When we first opened the door to our room, 2 cockroaches ran out, I realize this is not uncommon for hotels in the Philippines however I expect a bit better when paying for the king suite.

the location was accessible to the places that we were scheduled to go,transpo is convenient.the rooms were clean and staff were attentive to our needs the key cards sometimes malfunctioned but it was easily resolved, only 3 hangers were in our room no available no racks or hooks where we could hang our clothes. sometimes we struggle to find a staff to attend to our needs in the roofdeck

Check in was easy and friendly Walls paper thin and could hear all the neighbors, plus party street noise & highway. Facilities very basic, and over priced for what you get. Tried to visit the restaurant for dinner at 7.30pm and was told it was closed. Luckily 7/11 right next door for snacks. Checked out early due to noise, and was not offered a refund on the night stay I didn’t use

Bed was comfortable. People working were friendly and restaurant was decent. The sauna was great. The room was missing everything, like soaps shampoos etc. the air conditioner made just a loud broken noise we couldn’t sleep or leave it on. Really a mess. Also, the game room is not only broken down, there is nothing that works or balls for any of the games. Asked them to turn on air for working in game room and took over an hour for someone to come up.
