The security guards are nice. The visiting hours is 2pm til 8 or 10pm only.

The room is spacious. The queen bed is okay. The shower is the best provision. Heats fast and just right. No blow dryer in the room, but they lent us. Just have to return every after use. They give extra tissue rolls. They allow baggage stay after check out. 1. Checking in took too long. We waited for 15 minutes. Seemed understaffed. Attendant was alone when we checked in but when checked out, they were 3. 2. Room was by the highway and LRT line so our stay was not really peaceful. Noise was really bad. I was up all night :(( Said they couldn't change rooms cause booking was made online. 3. PILLOWS ARE SMALL. Room is queen, bed is queen, but pillows are kiddie size :( When asked for extra pillows, attendant said it's 200 pesos. Disappointing. 4. Beddings and towels are old with very visible patches. 5. I asked for extra or replacement HAND towels twice, they said OK but nothing was delivered. 6. Wifi was okay for the first day, but didn't work on our second. 7. Blinds are NOT even black out curtains. Really disappointing. :/ 8. There were small roaches on the floor, CR and counter tops and SO MANY BABY FLIES everywhere. I think they have bed bugs too. :| I wore shorts for bedtime and had bites on my thighs in the morning. Scary. 9. ROOM was generally clean (although doesn't smell fragrant at all) but was clearly not mopped or vacuumed thoroughly as there was dirt under the bedside tables when we moved them. 10. Lastly, it is cheaper to book directly. There's also a chance to select the room. Online booking was way more expensive. So sorry, maybe it's just us but not staying here again, in all honesty.

Location Staff. Reception. Not welcoming specially the one on duty who checked us out she was sleepy and almost agitated like she can't wait.for me.to be gone.

Small bed. They will charge you extra for pillows. Location is not safe for travellers esoecially at night. One night when I went outside to buy water. One guy smash bricks infront of me and shouted. After few meters one guy again ask for money.

Being close to the LRT, you can hear the passing of the train in the room

The location is near LRT Quirino so easy access for transportation. That my TV always needs to be rebooted by the staff because it won't connect to the wifi connection. The room was spacious but its boring. Maybe because there's no windows and then the lights were dim.

I like the bed. Its pretty comfy. Wifi is good but the password they provided did not worked. The place is close to everything. The paid parking lot would probably damaged every sedan car. It was too stiff and whoever constructed it did not even care at all. A heads up before paying ₱200 could have been appreciated from the staff. Rooms are way too big for its plain interior design.

Near railroad track. We requested another room not so close to the railroad tracks, where you hear the train every 5-20 minutes.

There were available short notice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our group. There was safe parking, the rooms were large and clean. They had a working fridge and air conditioning. The beds were comfy.

we didnt avail breakfast I feel like no transparency and proper coordination among staff assigned as someone staff called me 3 times to confirm if we paid the room for 1 day extension where we already paid the same day we requested.

The room where we stayed is not sound proofed considering that the building is right beside the train railway.

The friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The place has secured doors at the house lobby. Many food establishments nearby. Very close to the LRT railway. In the case of the room where I stayed, you can hear the noise of the train whenever it passes in the area.
