Unable to have breakfast as I had to leave early for airport

The room was average but service was terrible. When I ate breakfast on the last day, it did have more food instead of empty containers; as of the previous days. The 1st morning 8am breakfast buffet had a lot of empty containers and no one refilling them. No coffee or juice and no one tending the omelet station. 3 staff members were standing by the dining hall entrance talking and didn't offer any help. Ate a few scaps and left. The 2nd morning found out that one of the 3 staff members standing around was the actual omelet chef which overcooked my omelet and there was a little more food than empty trays. I had to ask for coffee because still no coffee or juice was present at this breakfast buffet. The 3rd morning someone must have complained because there was more food, coffee and juice present. I asked the chef not to overcook my omelet and he gave me one that was soupy inside, that was uncalled for. Also during my 3 breakfast times I did notice dirty tables not being cleaned and staff members standing around enjoying their conversations and laughing. It's good they're happy but the customer should be as well. The 3rd day near the end of my breakfast I did see a manager come out because all of a sudden the staff started to work.

Location to immigration office Bed is too low. Told me the room was for disabled, but they lied! Toilet too low. No handholds. Can’t use shower. Food is nasty!

Staff are friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable room at an affordable price. The location was great for me to walk the old city, visit museums, and find nice places to eat. Excellent Value. The bathroom was a bit cramped but wasn't really an issue.

Breakfast is ok. However when you stay longer than a week, breakfast becomes monotonous or repeatitive. Of course, there's nothing you can do, it's free. Just be content with what is offered, that's the game. Relatively speaking, I have no complain.

Location and free breakfast First room the air conditioner wasn’t working, so they upgraded us and gave us a better room with working AC, but only 1 bed

Front desk is not aware of how many guests in total in our party even though we stayed there for 6 nights. They keep on existing us on breakfast for additional person which i did booked 1 room with kitchenette and 1 bedroom for total of 4 peson.other than that my parents loved the location.

The staff was great! So helpful and nice. I loved the house ice tea but the staff that served it made it special! Oh and the breakfast was really great, best eggs in Manila…. After being here a month they are the best eggs I've had in the Philippines!!!! That I miss the staff
