The location is accesible to convenience stores like 711 and Uncle Johns, spa, carinderia, bakeries, nearby restos. The parking is first come first serve so you have to leave your car in the hotel to reserve your space

This is our second booking at this property. We like the room because it is clean, and most importantly, it is free of cockroaches. It fits our budget and offers good quality accommodation. This time, we were given a room on the 4th floor. Having a toddler and no elevator made it difficult to go up and down, especially when going out, coming back to our room, buying food outside or receiving food deliveries.

bed and lined are clean 1. bad smell coming from the room sink 2. wet paint at their walls 3. there is only 1 available socket (for charging) for the family room with 8 guests. tried to borrow an extension from the owner but they don't have one 4. Rainwater is leaking in the window so they had to put 3 rugs near the window 5. no complimentary drinking water, shampoo, soap or toothbrush

The location is very near to the place where we need to go. It could have been better if there's an elevator, our room was on the 4th floor, and there's no elevator.

The lock of the door cant open from the inside, the team felt un easy, because of safety. After a little while OYO Staff fix the problem.

The room is good for students. Very simple. Upon entering the room, you are greeted with a strong fabric softener scent. The bed is clean, the sink near the bed is okay. The door of the toilet is broken but at least, there is hot shower. You will be asked for a 1,000-peso cash deposit that is refundable upon checkout. If you ask for hot water, that is worth 20pesos. Bring your own slippers, soap, toiletries. There is one table and one chair inside the room. If you have a good budget, please find other accommodations in the area. If you are staying one night only, it's okay.
