The convenience of being close to the airport The pricing on the booking confirmation for breakfast was 645 pesos but when I got there it was 799,I tried to argue on why but they had no answers for me. So I went and paid for the breakfast for 7 and was surprised admission for a child was half price even though he barely ate, the price paid for the quality of food and service wasn't matching the price paid. The staff everywhere were so fake as in fake smiles and courtesy I asked if able to be transfered for a additional payment to the premium side but got a "im sorry its all booked" in less then 10 seconds. Maybe the bad energy of the past of the hotel transfered to the staff i dont know,the restaurant where we ate at the staff were so stuck up with a hurry up and eat and get out attitude. Barely saw a waiter or waitress asking if we needed anything,and they were sure adamant on the price regardless of what booking advertised it at. Its my second staying at bayview manila and the 1st experience was also this bad. The convience of the closeness to the airport is just what made me come back,but lesson learned this time I won't be coming back and I know bayview wouldn't care either. For a quick 8 hours of sleep though on a flat uncomfortable bed it was worth the price.lol

Very nice rooms. Excellent lobby. Beautiful rooftop pool. Mostly I really loved the staff. Miss Gem and Miss Michela at the front desk and Miss Bell, Miss Apple, and Miss Michela in the cafe were very nice to me. The hallways on the residential floors look old. New carpet is recommended.

First, I would like to thank the staff. I forgot her name, but she was approachable. Second, the room was good and clean. The location of the hotel is also convenient. Thank you very much. Have a good day! Sadly, the internet connection was very poor. We were thankful for the breakfast, but we rated it as not good because we didn’t enjoy the food, and the variety was limited. I suggest improving the taste of the food and offering more choices.

The elevator was actually very efficient and the location There were roach in the bathroom and the breakfast was ok very limited options nothing exciting

The location They charge a corkage fee if you order outside food, which would be fine if their own menu in their restaurant wasn't so limited. It’s hard to justify the cost when the options are so few. To make matters worse, it’s the only hotel I’ve encountered that charges a fee even for food eaten in your own room.
