The hotel located at the heart of Manila is awesome. Thus, the price is great?

We arrived 5 hours earlier than the check-in time so we paid 1200 pesos extra. At first we were given a room that has no front view but I needed a room where I can see outside since I have anxiety so they upgraded us to deluxe with no extra fee. The property was clean and well maintained. Except when you step outside the hotel building, it is quite dirty.

Near to where I am going Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback regarding our stay. We noticed that reminders were sent 2 hours before checkout, even though the checkout time had already been clearly communicated during the briefing. It felt a bit unnecessary and slightly disruptive. Additionally, the rates posted online did not match what was actually applied on-site, which was quite disappointing. We hope this can be reviewed to ensure better consistency and a smoother guest experience moving forward. Thank you.

First and foremost, I liked that they provided free water as an initiative to help the world become a better place. The staff were approachable too. The location was great, it was near my appointments so it was easy to get around. The place feels safe. I loved their baked bangus too. It's nice that they have a café. The smell of the lounge area was just perfect. CJ from the reception was kind and accommodating, I didn't have a breakfast voucher for a couple of days and I was just showing my receipt. She offered to give me the voucher for the last two days of my stay. Also, Kass or Kassey also from the reception she made the voucher for me on the first day. I appreciated their kindness. Note: Not that I didn't like but it can be improved. The facilities were great but it would've been better if the stains from the chair were cleaned and floor titles in the bathroom were scrubbed. It's just me though because I like things clean. I don't like requesting because it can be too much for the staff. If there were cleaning materials, I would be happy to clean it myself. Overall, it's a great hotel.

The staffs. They are so nice we tend to forget how awful the hotel was? It is very outdated. Looks creepy with how the hallway looks. The washroom is too tight. Not enough toiletries even though we stayed there for quite some time. The location is very secluded. The bed is awful and so does the pillow.

Location was convenient for our needs. No TV signal. Asked at front desk many times. Window view for deluxe room is a joke!

Clean and the location Power went off (tripped) in 2 rooms after we checked in. There were maintenance, loud drillings across our rooms on our second day. Street side parking.

Just near to our venue for our event. The lights! Its not giving good ambiance, i must prefer with many options. Like the white light, dim and more. Cause like im having my make up in the dim or yellow lights and its not giving nice! Gumamit pa ako Ng flashlight ko to see if my makeup is nice or okay. Also there is no whole mirror just in case to check the outfit we wear. So stress! Pumunta pang ground floor kasi don lng may whole mirror.
