The breakfast served was delicious and have many variants to choose from. The service was excellent and the people was too polite and respectful in dealing with their guest. Happy for the service given to us. None, because everything the hotel service was excellent.

Location, staff, comfort and food. Entire staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts very good. We hosted 20 of our PI family there, both food and service were excellent.

We came for US Embassy appointment. And it is walking distance. The place may have an old school mystique, but, it is absolutely clean. The surrounding area might not be for the paranoid.

We stayed for a week and we loved the staff service! Our room is at the window side and since its beside the road, too noisy, hearing the cars from outside.

All staff were super friendly and helpful, no problem when I had to check in very late due to flight delay. Great breakfast, I really enjoyed the Philippine breakfast options. The location is excellent - walk to Rizal Park, close to Intramuros. Large room with kettle, fridge and safe, bottled water provided, good wifi connection. Really excellent value, I would stay here again. Nothing to dislike
