Pet friendly hotel. The Male manger on duty when we checked in.. He asked us to pay for one whole night in cash Since we booked through booking.com despite are booking being already fully paid and confirmed online. he initially refused to accommodate us if we don't give them cash. The Male manger said that there wouldn't be any inconveniences like he was making us experience if we booked directly on there website.

Drive in hotel. Seems locals use it per 3/6/12 hours. Area is bar KTV oriented, not for family for sure. Good for night life outgoing with local girls

Big rooms with all the needed comforts for the type of hotel. Great position close to Malate. Rooms with no/small windows. No view at all.

Ava is close to the best fun in Manila, one just needs to ask for a reliable guide if one doesnt know the city. Its a place for intense fun. The price can be considered higher. Not made as a place for long calm stays.

They had good breakfast but they don’t offer coffee/ tea what kind of hotel is that ??????? especially when they say they offer breakfast, stuff was friendly……. The reception lady was rude The reception lady , they must make the place clean outside!!!!! The place is nice but outside is disappointing , also I had to fight to get a proper room ……… they had given me an old room

-TV with Android but no real tv channels available -very small window to the backyard gives almost no natural light and it's without glass so heating or darkness. -room service called us at 6 am after we arrived late evening from the long plane travel. They called to ask what breakfast we will prefer. Another wake up was at 6:45 - hotel crew bring us fresh water first knocking the door. -There is no real A/C - it's mini fan making so much noise with no options to reduce it (only turn off). Couldnt sleep well neither single night. -entrance to the room by the car garage is not convinient at all - extra deposit 500php for room.key (card) is required. localization is good and bad - rather stinky neighbourhood not for walking diatance to anywhere. -location is good and bad at the same time, -poor breakfast with extra charged juice.
