smells good, clear communication with staff, decent breakfast, crib was provided for our infant my wife had a hard time sleeping and what food we ordered from their restaurant was oily for our taste

Nothing Eventhough i showed them booking.com confirmation for changing occupant name. they still asked me for email and id photo to proof my identity . Which I had to do . That was unexpected action by the hotel management.

This is a comfortable hotel which meets all a travellers needs and is great value for money. The staff are all helpfull and friendly. It is located 5 minutes walk from the lightvrail, ane onexstop to the national museums and two stops to intramuros. There is a huge shopping mall with many dining options just down the road. Breakfast changes every day with a varietybof Phillipino dishes to sample. Recommended. The area is a bit grotty compared to the swish areas of town.

My Window was fogged in room 301. And when opened the only view was to a rooftop space. I received no advanced notice of this.

When I was booking our room I did not realize that there were two buildings. So when we arrived and found out that we could not use some of the amenities, it was very frustrating and disappointing. There was also mold in our bathtub.

The only thing I did not like was that there was not enough parking space. Good thing there is a nearby parking area, but I need to pay.

The staff, breakfast and costs for stay were great. It was also by the Robinson 's mall and a laundry mat was next door. The executive suites had tubs that were very high so it was difficult for my elderly mother to get in and out of on her own.

I liked the affordability and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and we'll kept. I didn't like the fact that they had bathtubs in the executive suites which were difficult for my elderly mom to get in and out of. We actually had to change our rooms to accommodate my mom.
