The hotel was very clean, and the staff was responsive and quick to reply. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others. Not happy with the location of the hotel.

The bed was big and comfortable, and the room was very spacious, with lots of surfaces for placing belongings. The staff were always available and were generally quite helpful. Others have commented on breakfast being too sparse but I thought there were plenty of options, with several Filipino meat dishes and made-to-order eggs. There was Easter candy for me in the room when I arrived, which was a nice touch. There were lots of options nearby for food, drink, and massage. I would stay again. There was no fresh fruit at breakfast (despite its being mango season), which I was very sad about. Noise can travel a bit from nearby rooms if people forget to close the doors softly and keep their voices down late at night. Location is a bit far from main attractions in town (including Intramuros and Makati) if you are hoping to walk (which I usually do, but it was too hot).

Friendly staffs. Near Compass Training Center which was the reason for my stay. Some kind of bugs was in my room (flying type) on the last night of my stay there. Other than that all was good.

Honestly it checks all the boxes for us.. private parking, clean room, clean bathroom, quiet, great AC, hot water, great water pressure and bath setup, plus overall spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful and facilities appear pretty new. Nothing honestly.., we got confused on the elevator set up as one side is for residents but that was it.

Very quiet and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough toilet paper. Only one roll.

The room is spacious and modern and has lots of space to unpack. We had a great view of Manila Bay. I liked having a way to refill water bottles and not waste single use plastic, however, it would be nice if the pitcher could be already filled at the start of the stay. The shower pressure and ammenities are great and the beds (not the pillows) are comfy. The elevators are quite fast too. The rooms are quiet. The location is very good too. It is very close to some good restaurants and centrally located to reach Rizal Park, Intramuros and even Mall of Asia. The porters and lobby staff are very friendly. Breakfast frankly wasn't great. Would've been nice to have had better bread (like, not white, but whoe grain), fresh buns (not old), butter and also some fruit and/or fresh juice rather than boxed. The hair drier in the rooms is nice and powerful but the curled coil is awful, particularly since the location of the plugs and the mirror wasn't well thought out and it unplugs if you pull it. The aircon is quite noisy (definitely not white noise) and the on and off energy saving function means it wakes you up all night when it turns on. The shower design isn't great either, as the length of the protecting glass and the lack of a curtain or additional door means the water splashes all over, soaking the bath mat. The pillows were way too bulky. It's nice to have one slightly harder than the other, but both pillows gave us neck aches. The rooftop could definitely be improved to enjoy the view and maybe add a bar to watch the sunset and have a drink.

The property was clean. The staff was helpful answering questions and service was exceptional. Good Location to malls and restaurants I wish the gym was bigger. More equipment, and able to accommodate more guests.

The staff are very accommodating. I came very early morning and instead of telling me to leave they were nice enough to let m stay in the hub while waiting for day time. Even then, they allowed to check in earlier than normal. The room is very clean and upbeat. the hub and rooftop is great for a group to chat. Thank you so much everyone. I liked my entire stay but they can improve their breakfast to add more variety.

We absolutely loved it and will be back it’s in a great safe location to walk to the Robinson mall and close to the US Embassy! No coffee maker in the room is all , but there is a Starbucks next to it !
