The location is convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The room was extremely dirty and not properly maintained. The pillows smelled bad, the blankets were stained, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. There were also cockroaches in the restroom, making the room unsanitary and unacceptable. We decided to leave shortly after checking in because we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Despite the listing advertising free cancellation, we were still charged half of our booking amount after canceling due to these unacceptable conditions. This was very disappointing and misleading.

None The guard was rude, the AC is directed to the floor so it’s hot on the beds. No tissue on the toilet, toilet is full of stain, internet is so slow, bed is fucking filthy, price is not appropriate to the room. It was soonoisy because of the bars outside it’s not sound proof, place is so old and in poor condition. They said free parking but there is no parking, I have park 500mts away and need to pay. This is a hotel that should not operate anymore.

Absolutely nothing. I regret staying there. My wife and I had a very disappointing stay at Manila Manor Hotel. The biggest issue was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, I politely explained that internet access was essential for us. The receptionist repeatedly said, "The maintenance team is fixing it," which I understood, but she completely ignored my concern about how long it would take or whether there was any alternative solution. When I tried to explain further, her attitude became visibly rude, and I felt that she muttered something unpleasant in Tagalog. I contacted Booking.com for assistance, but when they tried to call the hotel, nobody answered. After waiting four hours with no Wi-Fi service, I returned to the reception desk. The second receptionist simply told me to "just wait in the room," without any apology, update, or attempt to help. Beyond the customer service, the room itself was in terrible condition. Everything felt extremely old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The bedsheets, towels, and overall furnishings looked so old and shabby that my wife joked that they seemed as if they had been picked up from the street. The air conditioner was ancient, very noisy, and despite running continuously, the room never became properly cold. To make matters worse, there were many ants in the room, and some even crawled on us and bit us during our stay. I understand that technical problems can happen in any hotel, but poor maintenance and rude treatment of guests are unacceptable. Basic cleanliness, functioning facilities, and respectful communication should be the minimum standard. In my opinion, hotels that provide this level of service and accommodation should not be listed on major platforms such as Booking.com until significant improvements are made. I would not recommend staying here.

It's already spacious for a solo traveler. Good for ots price I was shocked by the lady cleaner, since she was opening my room with her key and I was like. Didn't they inform her that I'm still there inside the room? maybe she should knock right? but I think she didn't know.
