Very poor

Conveniently located near what we needed. Easy access to highway. Room temps were nice and cold. Larger minifridge and microwave in the room. Multiple rooms had dogs barking through the night. Wasn't comfortable using the shower. Very small pillows and towels. Floor around table seemed ready to cave in. Arrived right at check in time and no staff to be found the first 15 minutes.

The easy access location was great. There were COCKROACHES in the rooms. When I captured one and took it to the front desk, they immediately told me I didn’t have a choice and couldn’t switch rooms and refused refund if I decided not to stay. After stating I’ll simply contact the credit card company used for the transaction to get refunded with the pictures of the roaches climbing the walls around the room, they offered another room, but this one was a smoking room. Since we were there for the Shawshank Hustle race that started less than 7 hours later, there was no way for us to pack up, drive almost two hours, sleep and then drive back for the race in the morning so I accepted the replacement room. The new room… I get it’s a smoking room so a slight smell was expected. The room smelled as if we walked into an ashtray, the nicotine was literally dripping down the walls, the shower had a constant stream of water and there was water coming from under the tub onto the bathroom floor and then as we were walking out in the morning, we saw another roach. Never again. I’ll sleep in the car before I ever step foot into this location again.

Trash overflowing on property. Room was filthy. Several items were falling off the wall(ex: shower curtain rod, towel bar, bathroom door chewed up. Insect bugs, throughout room.

The staff was very nice and the rates were great too! It could have been a bit cleaner but it looks like they are in the process of making improvements right now.

The whole place was horrible. Dirty, beatdown, and just nasty. We had booked 2 rooms and neither one were any better than a cheap dog kennel. Blood and feces spatterd on the bathroom and sink area walls. Front and bathroom door jams were busted up with very poor attempts to repair. one room had no shower curtain, asked for a shower curtain and a towel to step out on and we were denied the towel. Said it was against policy to have another towel. The staff was very rude and the whole experience was terrible. We had to find another place and have been trying for 3 1/2 days to get refunded. I would rate rhe whole experience a negative -10. The local prison probably has better conditions.

Place looked like a crime scene, human feces and blood on wall in room and bathroom. Bathroom floor at such an angle you’d have to seatbelt in to use toilet. No shower curtain, floors so nasty wouldn’t dare take shoes off. Both front and bathroom doors had been kicked in wouldn’t seal closed, with door frames sub par repaired. Columns outside room actively having stones/block falling. Asked for additional towels to lay on floor from bathroom and it was against policy to give additional towels. I’m sure Mansfield Prison has better accommodations. Do yourself a favor and stay away, still fighting to get a refund as we left an hr or so into stay.

The staff was friendly. Our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived (check-in is at 3pm and we arrived at 3:30pm). The bathroom was dirty, stained, and needs upgrades; we wouldn't shower there. The rest of the room seemed clean enough, but we still used our own bedding.

Hot water and toilet did flush. Two good things is all!!!!! Cleaning could be way better the paint coming off wall. People living at this motel. Loud people all night long. Room may have been worth 30 a night. Never staying there again.

You shouldn't even have this hovel on your site. It was filfthy, overpriced and looks like people live there. The linens were stained. The towels were stained. The place is unkept. Highway robbery. The shower was so disgusting that I wouldn't use it

The photo in the ad is deceptive. I thought it was a standalone building like most all hotels. But this was row after row of what looked like mobile homes turned into rooms. My wife said, "we are not staying there"!
