The room was very clean and spacious. The property was new and clean and the representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

The hotel smelled so good as soon as you walk through the door. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was really delicious, hotel hallway were quiet even after hours, and the location of the hotel was perfect. 10/10

The property is lovely! Elevators, ice machine and coffee machines work as they should. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable to spend time with family. Staff members were courteous and helpful with suggestions about near by restaurants.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was very cold, couldn’t even enjoy it. It’s very secluded, it’s a bit of a walk to anything.

Over all hotel was clean. I don’t like the fact that there are no coffee pots in the rooms. You have to go down to the lobby in the morning to get coffee.

Barb and Carmela were also the BEST breakfast hostesses! They made sure everything was fresh, hot and ready for breakfast every morning and honestly made getting up at 7am SO much easier. This is absolutely the ONLY hotel I'll ever be booking for the festival from now on.

Cleanliness, location, staff Pool size, it was very small. Breakfast options were pretty limited. When we stayed, there was a baseball tournament so the hotel was overcrowded by teenage boys that were in the pool unaccompanied by any adults, they were very rude and rough with my children. When their parents were located, they did nothing. I felt like my children and I had to stay in our room because these boys were running through the halls. staffed did nothing. I’m not really sure what they could’ve done but the stay overall wasn’t pleasant although the location was very nice.

Breakfast should go later than 9:30, people are on vacation and would like to sleep in and still have breakfast . Also the maid needs to be quite!
