El hotel está muy bonito pero el trato es notoriamente diferente si estás pagando el todo incluido a si solo pagas por las habitaciones Si no pagas el todo incluido hay opción de ir a buscar comida a la zona de la marina, en nuestro cuarto una de las camas estaba que ya se caía cuando te subías y el lavabo del baño estaba tapado. Subía 20 mil pesos pagar el todo el incluido por 2 días para 5 adultos y la verdad es que para nosotros no lo valía. Eso sí, los señores encargados de llevarte a las habitaciones o de ir a recogerte fueron súper amables todo el tiempo, mis respetos para todos ellos.

Beautiful property. Staff was wonderful air conditioning was very good in rooms. Only dislike was no warm water for showers.

Peaceful and relaxing hotel in a beautiful setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The wildlife was out of this world

It is a beautiful resort . It has its own private beach. The room had an amazing view, and the bed was very comfortable So many stairs, although you can request a golf cart to move around

The Greek style of the construction gives a very good vibe. But the rooms smell a bit of humidity and need a renovation. Beds are clean and comfortable. Swimming pool area and gym outdated but ok. Beach area amazing! But anyone can have access. Breakfast very Mexican. I was expecting more options. Restaurants are nice, but the food isn’t great. Very hard to get a reservation, with a waiting line of 30 min each day.

Great little private retreat and architecture , loved the lobby and scents they used Room floors weren’t properly cleaned upon arrival, there were traces of sand so couldn’t be barefoot in the room. Also while most of the staff was friendly, there were 3 times throughout our stay that made my family feel discriminated against. On the first night while trying to enjoy the fiesta buffet performance, the waiter continuously asked my family member if they were going to pay and how they were going to pay. Mind you no one else at the table was asked this. After being asked several times, my family member paid only to stop being bothered and so she could enjoy the show. The next morning, the waitress at the buffet informed my family member they were out of orange juice and then shortly after we noticed she was serving others this orange juice that they supposedly ran out of. Later that day while enjoying drinks by the pool bar, we decided to go get some quick snacks at the nearby 7eleven and we were tracked down by the staff member to pay our tab when my other family member was still at the pool enjoying drinks on the open tab we didn’t intend to close yet. As a result, I closed out the tab right then and there but it was definitely their loss since we had planned to continue drinking being that we were celebrating a birthday and just wanted to lounge and enjoy a few drinks. Aside from those experiences, we had a great time. it was disappointing/disheartening to see that kind of treatment when we clearly paid just like everyone else who was there that weekend and gave no indication that we were not honest people.

I love the staff there, they were very friendly, always making sure if we were ok, they were awesome

Beach access and pool. Gorgeous architecture. Nice, helpful staff and good planned activities. Our room smelled like cat litter from strong ammonia cleaners. Low water pressure. That being said, we stayed in a cheap room.

All was perfect, very quit hotel with perfect quite beach without waves which is not so simple to find in Mexico at the Pacific cost. Nice territory where it is possible to walk in the evenings, nice a la carte restaurants. Separate thanks to the personnel who helped us to replace the flat tire in the car.

The rooms are old and in disrepair, poorly maintained facilities. Food is horrible!!!

I wrote one bragging about how amazing the whole place was. From the architecture, to the beautiful beach and pools. Staff so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!! Lots of stairs, however gotta stay in shape and burn off some of the food and drink calories! ?

The architecture is wonderful and when you get to know the story behind it, WOW! The facilities need maintenance. The customer service is the worst. 8/10 staff members at this hotel either make faces or roll out their eyes. Food is terrible even in the “specialties” restaurant. All-inclusive? Not at all! You have to get your own drinks!!!

Loved the architecture and ambience. The main pool was beautiful and we also really enjoyed the Beach Club pool and the treats etc during “happy hour” - served by great staff! Did not enjoy the music at the main pool, when it was cranked up for the aquatic exercises and remained high for the rest of the afternoon. Regarding our room, we reported twice that the coffee maker did not work - nothing was done and we didn’t use it throughout our stay. Re bathroom supplies, we were often missing a bath mat, face cloths, hand towel, after the room had been cleaned. Disappointing service. The stairs up from the beach/pool then to our room were a trial - it’s the main thing that would stop me making a return visit.

Excellent staff from front desk, waiters, cleaning, everyone was so friendly and helpful We asked for a quiet room when booking but were offered a compromised room on arrival. They did change our room to an excellent one so all was well.

Amazing views

Las Hadas is a gorgeous collection of gleaming white castles climbing up the hillside of a rocky peninsula, overlooking the town of Manzanillo. The balcony views from most rooms are stunning. The clean sandy beach is private and exclusive to the hotel. There are several restaurants on the property, ranging from high elegance to a taco bar. If you swim in the large pool, you may be joined by an occasional iguana. 1. There is no nightlife at this hotel. Everything closes up at night except a couple of restaurants and a quiet lobby bar. They could do so much more at night with their prime beach location. 2. Although we were here in February, the hotel had perhaps only 20% occupancy. Most were families with young children. There is an adults-only club that's available for those who pay extra, but it's a tiny patio on the hot sun with a microscopic pool. We paid for it but never went there. 3. There are long stairways up the hillside to reach many of the rooms. Don't stay here if you are Mobility challenged. 4. There is nothing else nearby. Unless you take a 15 minute taxi ride into town, you are limited to the hotel's facilities. Manzanillo is not a big tourist destination, so it doesn't have much to offer. A visit to the nearby town of Barra de Navidad is a better option.
