The room door lock didn't work. It took three days to replace and too many trips to the front desk. The room was dirty, the floors with ground in dirt. The bath tub was disgusting. THIS IS A TIRED HOTEL AND SERIOUSLY NEEDS REVITALIZING.

The view from the balcony. The food improved a lot as the seafood was included in the menu. No AC in the bar, in the show area, and in the elevators and that made a very uncomfortable situation as the AC or fans in common areas specifically such in the show area would have been very helpful to enjoy the show and the dancing the elevators were always hot. Even for the dancers as it is inhuman having people working u see that circumstances. Also the person taking care of the dinner reservations Mr A. Meza was very rude to all the people making a line to reserve tables. He didn’t have good customer service at all. I had to asked him to smile at least a little. I understand that there is a controlled number of people to the rests but if there were 26 people already registered and we were 4 more adults he didn’t want to give us a space for the 8pm reservation. And the restarts t was not even half way full from 8 to 9:30. Not sure why he was rude to all the guests.

Check-in took 45 minutes. Our patio sliding door was unlocked and the locking function was broken. The beach was relatively dirty each day. The food was not great.

First time staying in an "all inclusive". The hotel is beautiful, food is delicious, and the drinks were strong. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll be back!

There was only the buffet on the second day for dinner and it was not very good. We were disappointed as we have been to the Tesoro many times. This will stick with us on deciding whether to return or not.

The small bay and the cliffs were beautifull. The location of this small bay is between two larger ones and with a short taxi ride you can access the other parts of Manzanillo. The room view was amazing. Staff friendliness was a hit or miss. The buffet food was mediocore. I wish they changed the menu every day or couple days or so. Only two restaurants. It's not close to any stores but that is because of the landscape being on a cliffside.
