Loved the location of the hotel. It is a very quaint and quiet hotel for both relaxation and fun. Loved everything about the property

Excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff. The layout and design of the room exceeded my expectations. The view was great :) I would highly recommend staying here. I would like to go when the renovations are finished, so I can fully enjoy the pool and have a restful night with the blinds open. (There were workers outside, which is understandable, but it changed my experience of the place).

Location location location Charged for coffee at the room. Housekeeping didn’t resupply properly-towels and such. Kept going to the front desk for bottle of water.

The location is beautiful, the room and bed comfortable, the pool and restaurant area lovely, the staff very friendly. Our non-smoking room was next to a smoking room (they were only allowed to smoke on balcony so constant smoke wafting over). The food is marginal (and menu limited) and they had difficulty getting us the correct food we ordered on more than one occasion. Also, it took 1 1/2 hours to simply get quesadillas and guacamole poolside. The hotel allows people not staying there to use the facilities, which is fine, but they aren't properly staffed to handle an influx of guests.

The pool although beautiful, clean and just the right temperature, did not have an easy way out (no steps). I was so excited to get in that I didn't notice this until it was time to get out.

We are Americans that have retired in Mexico and enjoy going to different beach towns. This was an excellent choice and we will definitely return. The location can’t be beat. The town of manzanillo is very hot and humid this time of year but Once you got on the patio/pool and could feel that ocean breeze the heat and humidity disappeared. The room is oceanfront, water in pool and ocean was like bath water. A/C was freezing. Room was clean with fresh paint . Delicious dinner on the beach. Tasty free breakfast ordering off menu( no nasty buffets). Don’t leave without getting a massage by the pool. 50 minutes for 350p?? Few things in the room didn’t work. I’m sure if we stayed more than one night they would fix them promptly. Jets in tub would not come on, sliding doors wouldn’t lock but no concerns as we were on the second floor and used the remote controlled hurricane shutter to block out the nighttime lights outside so no safety concerns. There was a chain lock on the front door but it was broken. Door handle did lock so no biggie

Breakfast was excellent. We ordered off the menu with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves each night.
