The all inclusive portion. There was mold in our room. The staff member Luis who helps with luggages was rude to me and made me feel unsafe. Very combative and not very helpful. I placed my complaint directly with the staff Cecilia. But they still had me pay 3100 for cancelling after it was not my fault I wanted to leave. There were ants in the bed and cockroaches outside the room. It took me about 3 hours to find a room that would work. Cecilia did try and help by giving me two room to choose from. But I had to walk a lot to look through them. It wasted half my day there instead of being with my daughters and husband. I didn’t take a pic of the mold but Luis the staff member did.

The staff was great, close to the beach, the italian restaurant was the best The beverages did not have enough alcohol, the AC was not working on the first room, the wifi was not great, more vegeterian food

Good for kids The food selection was terrible

The facility was not well kept. The room had visible mold in the restroom, and the bed mattresses were extremely stained. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. There were several things I disliked about this property. The play/game boat in the kids’ pool was covered in a moldy, slimy texture, and I saw a few children slip because of the poor maintenance and lack of cleaning. Our hotel room was also dirty; there were hairs on the floor as if it hadn’t been swept or mopped before we arrived. Both the restroom and the room had mold on the walls. During dinner, I even saw a cockroach walking across the restaurant floor. This place really needs to improve its cleanliness and maintenance.

The rooms needs maintenance

Nothing Dirty, rude staff. Nothing of what was described on the website. Power constantly went out along with the ac and it was over 90 degrees.

Not beach access

The nightly show. building is deteriorating and old. Rooms are old, bed’s uncomfortable, sheets stained. Food had no flavor and didn’t have a lot to choose from. You had to be there as soon as they opened to get food otherwise you would get whatever was left over.

The mattress The building is really old, lack of maintenance, lack of staff and restaurants.

There are too many people in the lobby, and only 2 workers are checking people in! It took forever.

Breakfast was pretty bad other than the fruit and restaurant was small The food could have been changed a little instead of the same thing everyday the rooms need to be more updated and could be more handicap accessible. Also the staff could be more inviting and nice.

Weather, most of the personal was nice. We got charges for two rooms. When I booked for 2 parents and three children. So, they said I booked a separate room for my oldest boy, who is 15 years old. When I clearly but there ages in correctly. We were given one family room only, that had a bunk bed and two Full beds. So, I paid extra for nothing. They said they could not adjust the cost.

Close to beach Worst food of my life. We could not eat anything there - we left to eat elsewhere. Dated is an understatement - rooms full of bugs because the windows are cracked or have holes and doors have no seal to keep them out. Large holes! No hot water at all. Even alcohol terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.

To the extention… Security. It is a place closed and close. I don’t saw a safeguards.

Everything else, bad food, duty rooms , bad locations

The food a bit, not many options in the buffet. The rooms are very dark, 1 bulb was not working. There is no intenert in the 500 rooms.

The uphill walk of every day I got a room all the way up and to get down and up its all walking.

The guests were making the facilities dirty

Nothing It’s to old. Has mold and humidity.

The staff was really friendly. The rooms were old and needed maintaining. The bathrooms were clogged when we arrived. We changed room because the one we first got, had black mold.
