•Bath tub was great-- it had good grab bar and a non-slip surface. Good water pressure. •TV was in a good location, easy to operate, good channel selection. •Room had refridgerator and microwave. •Ice machine was broken. •washer and dryer available •no breakfast, but next door to Perkins. •lobby coffee not available, no in-room coffee.

Overall very clean and updated location and comfortable room. Loud party upstairs with jumping on the floor ruined the nights rest for us. That being said... this location was clean and comfortable

Friendly staff, chair in front, comfortable bed, and a TV that did not give me any trouble!! I’m drawing a blank! I liked it all! Good price also, and Perkins is just down the hill!

I love the fact that it was a small hotel and it was warm and inviting vibes that I felt. I also love the fact that it was in a low traffic area. The not so great things were the recliner chair being duct taped, the towels were so worn that you can see through them and the pillows probably needed to be retired and some new ones put in play. For $65 (on price line) it was great!!

First of all check in was very inconvenient. You had to put down a hundred dollar CASH deposit. No ATM. No coffee. Just not much for your money.

Peaceful indoor and outdoor environment. Right next to Perkins Limited outdoor smoking seating... I just sat on the ground but the birds came to visit :)
