Great stay. A fair amount of noise from the highway but still a good room at a fair price.

All was fine

Convenient location to shops and food. Easy to get to. Quiet when not facing the freeway. Clean and beds were very comfortable. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Just could never get connected to the WiFi. Staff tried to help.

This was a business overnight to get to an out of town training the next morning, I got a room with a single king bed and a walk in shower, the coop spring mattress was awful and the window shade and privacy/sleeping shade didn’t roll up or down which was a bummer but even after all that I would give it a 4 out of 5 cuz the staff was friendly, the amenities including pool and hot tub were working and nice and everything was clean! Once they replace the mattress and fix the shades I would happily rate 5/5! Will stay again!

One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at, it will most likely be our regular choice for future visits to the area from now on. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

It was clean and well-maintained. Nothing.

No problems, all was good.

First Hampton Inn I haven’t had a great experience. They didn’t keep up on the room amenities, you always had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk, and the coffee in the lobby was actually cold from sitting too long. I was surprised .

A few times in the past,we have children wondering the halls unsupervised after 10 pm,the quiet hour. The staff generally has addressed the problem.

Breakfast was awesome and tasty. There was a great variety to choose from. The location was very nice because you could walk to several different venues. The neighborhood seemed really safe and the prices were very comparable to any other suburb. The staff is friendly and greeted us as we came into the building, and wished us safe travels when we left. Nothing. Everything was above and beyond expectation.

Location was good for what we needed to do. Breakfast was decent with lots of offerings. Room was a bit shabby , especially the bathroom. Floor was a a bit dirty. Needed a decent paint job. Paid same price as another Hampton in Ames, and this one was not nearly as nice.
-
Too many kids and walls are so thin that you can hear the person next door showing.
-
Convenient location. The bed was not very comfortable. Both of the chairs in the room were awful.
