The partner was busy on Instagram and didn’t like my comments so we only stayed 15 minutes ????? Different partner.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Location was great, staff very accommodating Quite noisy with guests coming and going. We personally didn’t find the bed comfortable

Great!

We walked in, took photos and walked out, but we can say it is in the middle of the town centre Black mould, ripped bedsheets, damaged furniture, dirty all around

Its so hard to rate our stay here, because on one hand our room had mold and had an ugly fuse box hanging out of the wall. The bathroom was tiny with ants in, the wardrobe looked like a small breeze would blow it over and the original staff member whom I arranged our transfer with didn't speak in English so we sat at Malaga airport for over an hour until Lucy and Emanuel rescued us...however, the staff (especially Lucy & Emanuel) were absolutely wonderful, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and the location genuinely couldn't have been more perfect. Slap bang in the middle of the Old Town, a six/seven minute walk to the beach and surrounded by wonderful bars and restaurants. For the price you pay, its probably perfect!! Generally state of the room, needs more than a bit of love and care.

Nothing Receptionist or owner informed me when I arrived at the property that my stay had been cancelled and that she had sent us a message to inform us the previous day. This was a lie, we had no contact or warning about this, and the stay was still active in the booking.com account. Everything was terrible, no customer service, no communication, for all I know this could have been a scam. If they hadn't have lied about messaging me the day before that would have been a start. I would be very wary about booking this incase it's a scam, see my screenshots below as proof of what they were doing. They were trying to get us to cancel instead of them which would have meant we would have lost our money

Location Tv didn’t work - needs modernising - noisy fridge and no water provided

Didn't have breakfast. Staff did not provide toilet paper. They just lived the rest of the previous host. I have phoned the manager and she said that she lived far from the hostel just said she was sorry. Horrible, unbelievable I don't recommend.

location is good but thats about it. patio dirty - we wanted to have breakfast there but not able to. Room clean but far from Boutique feeling - couple towels and iron and thats it - nothing nice about the place. I was asked to send ID via whatsup which i said im not comfortable with and i was forced to do it or else i wouldnt get keys as ive been told - today we have no recepcionist. Not my problem really and noone should be forced to send ID via some messenger - if you advertise as boutique - act like a boiutique not like a hostel.
