Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella - Adults Recommended

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very spacious. The sunbeds were very comfortable

Some of the staff need to be more professional responding to the client I had an incident in the breakfast area the lady wasn’t happy to use new spoon and to clean the stove before cooking the egg for me , I explained that i wasn’t allowed to eat pork or even any trace of it but she was not nice another cook did it for me . So they should be more nice and acting more polite with the client . The pillows in the room not very. Confortable I did not like that the room service closes at 12 The workers should speak English it’s difficult to communicate with some of them .

Location SHAME ON YOU MANAGER ALUNA! FILTHY DIRTY! Where to begin I checked in 1st day my room was filthy dust everywhere, hair&stains I called up they changed room asked them to make sure it is clean they assured me it is only to walk in and get disappointed all over again this room was worse than the previous more hair all over the room dirt all over the floor dust all over I called asked for manager was told I will get a call Jumped in the shower awaiting manager to contact me I find extremely visible mold in the shower tried from my trip I jumped in bed I wake up the next day still no sign of the manager I get out of bed trying to fix it as I always do I see mold in the bed sheets!!!! Maid came to clean I told her no as I want manager to see it I was told she isn’t there on Tuesday Comes Wednesday still no sign of her! Thursday my check out day still nothing I call again I explained everything that was wrong in details she blames it on the cleaning lady I told her no this is beyond the cleaning lady She kept bringing up the maids I told her No you are the hotel manager and that’s on you. The curtains stained shower door glass filthy headboard has dirt stains all over dirty fridge, dirty cups… Her way of fixing is telling me she can give me a late check out to make it up to me!!!! On what earth does she think that’s gonna make up for my trip they ruined my discomfort, a possible mold contamination which I will go to doctor &if it affects my health I will take a legal action against the establishment I didn’t pay almost $2000 for a filthy hotel that disguises as 5star hotel I have photos videos of it all but they got no shame taking my money&offering me a late check out Will never return nor recommend the worst part is after I left&posted this review They tried to charge my card for an extra €700 without my permission &when they couldn’t run it, they contacted booking asking for my permission after they attempted&failed.Thieves on top of it all!

Everything was clean and the food in all parts were good. No small children One surge in our room was constantly buzzing

Best place to stay in Marbella on the beach. This property has everything pool, beach access, restaurants, rooftop bar with a view, lounge with dj and very spacious rooms. Buffet Breakfast is included and it’s amazing. The staff was very accommodating. We received champagne upon arrival and two complimentary drinks afterwards during our stay which was a nice touch. I would love to return here and highly recommend this place to anyone. Nothing

Expensive for what it is. Nive fancy cocktaol bar on the roof, but nothing special about the cocktails. They are much better down the road at Marie, and cheaper.

Amazing place in the perfect location!

Beach and pool area were very nice. Breakfast was good with tons of gluten free options! Entryway is very pretty - feels like vacation. Also they have masseuses on the beach all day to offer massages. After our first day at the pool, we returned and our room was 27 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit). Despite saying there is AC, management doesn’t allow it to be used during “this season” and the best they could do is turn off the unit as it was actually blowing out heat and offer us a fan. We ended up being moved into a bigger room that was better. However, it was still simply too hot and neither me nor my boyfriend sleep much. We would not have been able to stay more than 1 night. On a less significant note, the woman who welcomed us clearly didn’t care and didn’t explain anything about the hotel when we arrived. Also outdoor pool is not heated so was more like a plunge.

Beautiful location on the beach

The room either needs more hooks or a larger closet with another drawer. We had no room to properly hang our clothes. The robes had to be taken out of the closet yet there were not two hooks in the bathroom to hang the robes. This is basic organization. We only stayed two nights and attended three special occasions but if we were there for a week we would have had a greater issue with our luggage.

Location and the property It was hard to get appt with the hair salon but when I did, they did wonderful job.

Liquor at lounge frequently empty.

There isn't much that can be complained about at Amare Beach. Its location (proximity to the beach and to the town center), amenitiies, staff were all great. We would return there anytime (and stay longer too...).

Everything Nothing

One time we booked dinner for 8pm but could not actually get a table until 20:30. The Wifi code was not working, and the sound on our TV was not working either, looks like a previous guest changed the settings, but the staff quickly solved both problems. Otherwise everything was great.
