Location, very friendly Receptionist and advised on a nearby Parking. great communication.

Small balcony, someone was gardening and throwing leaves without even knowing if someone was sitting there, the water from aircon was falling on the balcony uncontrolled. Mosquitos in the area. Very hard to find the place.

Even though we we're a lot of people inside our two rooms due to preparations for our wedding, the staff understood us and let us do our preparations and photo shoot.

It was good location and spacious room. The furnitures were really old.

A/C need to be cleaned.

Large apartment on the top floor Elevator did not go to the top floor. Had to walk last flight of stairs. Would have been difficult with a bag. Sewer smell in toilet from time to time.

Location is excellent, close to Orange Square and old town. Breakfast was listed as available at the property but when I arrived I was told it was not available during my stay. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and badly made. It was a disappointing sight as a first impression.

Down a beautiful street lies this gem of a hotel , lovely lady on reception spoke perfect English and was so helpful . Room was large , well decorated and cleaner than even most 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Terrace was an amazing place to sit out. As for the price , well - it is a real bargain. Nothing

The staff is amazingly helpful and nice. Is all super clean, and the location is just great. I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Central. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel

Good central location in Marbella, close to shops, restaurants, and the old town. Small, quiet hotel suitable for short stays. Clean room and a working TV. Cars cannot reach the hotel entrance, so you need to walk with your luggage. The hotel is very small and only two-star, which clearly reflects in the overall facilities. The room has no amenities other than a TV (no minibar, kettle, coffee/tea, or other basic comforts). Parking is not on-site. The nearest parking is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Parking is expensive: €30 per day. With the hotel’s exit card, the price is reduced to €20, but it is still quite high. This hotel may be acceptable if location is your top priority and you only need a very basic place to sleep. However, do not expect comfort, facilities, or easy access by car.

Staff was very kind, nice and helpfull. Phone number that was noted was out of order. Entrance for guest after working hours was not functioning sometimes. Giests could not get into hotel witb provided token or pass code. Emergency phone contact should be provided on entrance.
