Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was incredible from start to finish. From the VIP check-in with Tyler to our beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool, everything exceeded our expectations. Every member of staff we encountered—from the housekeeping team to the kitchen and bar staff—was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the entertainment team. The DJ at the main pool played a fantastic selection of party music, while the dancers, drummer, and live guitarist really elevated the atmosphere and created an amazing holiday vibe. It felt like a celebration every day and added so much to our overall experience. The location was perfect for us, the facilities were excellent, and we genuinely had one of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time. We would absolutely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel to anyone visiting Marbella. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special—we can’t wait to return! No complaints

Layout, size, ambiance and location I got locked out on my room balcony on my first night. 2 Exit doors - apparently one had a sign saying don't close door. The other one that I used didn't! They should have this sign on both exits! To contact reception was next to impossible. The local number led to a bot that gave me HRH phone numbers in different countries. Finally Chat GPT gave me the correct reception number that took ages to answers and when they did it took the receptionist a long time to understand me. I finally got in myself. Terrible large sausages for breakfast and coffee machine constantly delivering very watery decaf cappuchino with little / no actual coffee. On line room service on their app allowed you to go through the entire ordering process only to say "Not available" when you go to order. I phoned room service and they brought me a doggy bag with cheap wooden spoon and fork. No plates etc. Room tea/coffee not replenished once in my 5 day stay.

The pool was only open to 1800 which we understood as it was pre season

Paid 151€ on the 1st night ( Monday ) then needed to extend for a 2nd night and got charged 360€ ( for 1 night ) on a Tuesday , absolute rip off !!!

The hotel is with a good location and plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The hotel is also quite big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was by far the best thing about the service from the hotel. This hotel is surely fantastic for young travelers, as I arrived in the lobby, I couldn't hear the staff when I was checking in. The non stop music coming from the main bar on the ground level was terrible to say the least. At least the acoustics of the hotel make this idea ludicrous. I get some people like to have a vibrant vibe, but the lobby sounded like a rock hall or disco. A vibe not to my personal taste.

Great vibe, nice accommodations (although small) No air conditioning in the end of March (transitioning between Winter and Spring). Staff changed our room to an interior room and suggested us to open the window.

Nice convenient room with small balcony and beautiful view Excellent breakfast with huge variety. Lacked daily refill of coffee & tea in room. Doors were not sound proof.

Amazing Hotel. Free lot parking close to. Through the hotel tunnel to Puerto Banus 15 minutes walk. The atmosphere the is comfortable. Beautiful design with swimming pool views. The breakfast is amazing. The staff very helpful and cooperative. Thanks
